"I chose this hotel for this business trip. I originally valued its convenient location, but I didn't expect it to have a healing journey after being exhausted. Xiao Luo at the front desk smiled sincerely and cordially. The check-in procedure was efficient and professional. Not only did all the processes be completed quickly, but also introduced the hotel's facilities and surrounding dining and entertainment news intimately. Especially worth mentioning, when I learned that I was visiting for the first time and I was slightly tired, I took the initiative to upgrade the room type for me and arranged a room on a quiet floor.
