When checking in, the front desk assistant Xiao Kan asked about the room preference in detail and upgraded it to a lake view room. The view was very good, and a fruit plate was given. The bedding was moderately soft and hard. The room was well equipped. I highly recommend the shower gel, which I like the smell. The gym is on the 10th floor, and the restaurant is on the 8th floor. Since they have mobility issues, the hotel specially arranged a ground-floor room. My mom, who has knee problems, said the hot springs made her feel much more relaxed. The breakfast was also varied and plentiful, with soft porridge and leavened buns, perfect for elderly palates. The room was quiet at night, with good blackout curtains, and the couple slept soundly. My parents said it was a stress-free place to stay and the people were so welcoming, much better than those crowded tourist spots.
