服務這一塊爛完，去音樂節兩瓶水喝完了想問前台再多要兩瓶，被拒絕，告知曰第二天續住才能補水😅幽默前台，大大小小更貴更便宜的酒店都住過不少，冰露級別的瓶裝水房間裏衹放兩瓶，再多一瓶都不肯多給，確實是獨一份👍🏻
酒店洗衣房在走廊盡頭，標語説不隔音怕洗衣機運轉影響客人休息，晚十點到次日八點斷電，回來衣服也沒得洗。是否有些不合理，我請問加一道牆隔音又如何呢？大家出門旅遊大都是白天在外，晚上回酒店洗衣服，這晚上斷電是整哪一齣？
來馬鞍山看音樂節，政府組織有序效率高，好。馬鞍山人民熱心，好。酒店花我四百五十多塊錢就這，爛。

MM824787****I just booked a hotel. It's very close to Wanda Plaza, so I chose this one. The hygiene is good, the front desk service is also very good, and the service awareness is very good. When I checked in, I was given warm water and conditioner. It happened that I didn't bring them when I went out to play. It was very considerate. The breakfast was also very rich. Kking@fangThe overall service staff at the front desk, the cleaning aunt, and the cafeteria aunt are all very good! However, the so-called leadership managers seemed to have no interest in guests. There were bugs on the sheets in the guest rooms. They kindly reported this to the front desk when they checked out. They did not intend to find anything to do. The front desk also politely handed over water and said hello. I was thinking of this. It was over, but what kind of leader came and didn't even say a word, even if it was a fake politeness? As a manager, if you can't even respect others at the most basic level, and you can't even provide basic service, how can you talk about management? ! !

GGuest UserBreakfast has small wontons, noodles, and many varieties. I like their small fried buns the most. When I checked in and checked out at Ma'anshan Manxin for the first time, the front desk also gave me a small gift. One thing I think is very good is that they need a room card to go up the elevator. The privacy is very good! Girls feel especially safe when they are on business trips alone!

GGuest UserThe facilities in the room are average, not as comfortable as in the pictures. For girls, the bathroom lacks a makeup mirror, and the hallway lacks a full-length mirror. Fortunately, the software is up to standard, and the front desk and room service are good. They even helped us wash our car during our stay. The breakfast is also quite rich.
