This hotel is the longest time I have lived on this trip, and I feel the best. The room is very large and comfortable, the location is very convenient, very close to the exhibition; the breakfast is very Mercedes-Benz, the variety belongs to the middle and upper in Western food, the price is very high! The location is also very convenient!

I stayed here for four days for a business trip. The front desk staff were very helpful with questions about dining, parking and other services of the hotel. There are two parking garages that the hotel uses, one that has metal doors on either side, so if you have a large vehicle, you may want to use the other entrance around the corner which had a little more space on the sides. The room rate included breakfast as well as overnight parking.. The room (#636) faces the plaza next to the entrance of the parking garage. The rooms across the hall face the river. The room has two beds with a desk that hold the TV which can swivel to either the beds or the desk area. The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower with a glass partition. The space works for one person. There was two bottles of water that were left in the room each day. The hotel is centrally located with lots of café and restaurants on the same side as well as short walk to shops/restaurants across the river. I can see why many of the people from our company stay here.

The room was on the first floor but the way it structured is a bit weird. I still need to climb few steps up and down on the same floor. There was no shampoo or shower gel in the shower. The bed isn’t that comfortable thou. Location was really good. Really close to the station. Easy to get to the city central as well. The bath is huge!!!

I booked a deluxe one-bedroom room. The room is big and touching The poor size of European hotels everyone knows In fact, the concept of the hotel is similar to that of a shared apartment. It takes only 10 minutes to go to the city center to eat, drink and buy. The cafe downstairs, the organic supermarket, and the surrounding restaurants and cafes The hotel was rebuilt based on a porcelain burning factory, so it is very fashionable with the new and the old~ The concept focuses on ”students” sharing, so the hotel service staff are more friendly and casual I gave an ice cream when I checked in. The details are pretty cute. If you choose for an arrangement , so including breakfast and the so-called three-fold dinner, you should not expect the best of them . First, we got a room on the first floor, just above the entrance .. The hotel's worst room, while there were rooms available. The so-called three-way menu is not very good and very little. Moreover, the cook didn't want to make the orange bavary and we just got deep freezers from the supermarket with a layer of chocolate sauce... terrible! The privilege was also invaluable and consisted of a so-called champignon soup with six sprays of tauge and two champignons... I felt very insulted that this was offered to me... that she dare to serve that is scandalous... We were allowed to sit only at a certain place in the restaurant because we had a arrangement and were treated as a little as t****erang guests.. This is very bad! The servants are not guest-friendly and friendly , I recommend them to take a course with their colleagues at the van der Valk Hotel. Moreover, breakfast was good, just standard as everywhere, but as soon as you order something extra, you will find cheating. I had paid a 3-day arrangement of €335 and will not do this anymore.

There is a paid parking lot and breakfast is average. But the price is still decent. The location is not far from the center. Close to the river.

Stayed in the Van der valk for two nights ,we were there for Andre Rieu concert on the Sunday 24 July ,we had waited 2 years for this ,we had booked this as a family and not through any organised ,my daughter was there with two of her children,they had a family room two double beds and two tvs ,we were next door in a double ,smashing bathroom with rain shower and bath giant tv limited channels in English. We had a buffet meal on the Saturday which was fantastic.on the Sunday we attended the concert in Masstricht,the hotel laid on shuttle buses to and from the event, I was very impressed by the organisation on the return journey,there were stewards making sure we were directed to the correct bus.we had a great time as did my granddaughter who made good use of the swimming pool . First class and very clean staff efficient and cheerful
