"Hotel environment was good BUT : 1. Check in and check out timing. Four o'clock is very late for a check in. Global standard allows checking In as from 13.00 hours! Eleven o'clock is very early for checking out. Again global standard sets check out at 12.00 with possible extension to 14.00 hours. 2. The room was supposed to be " comfort plus". I experienced no special comfort or extra comfort for that matter. Room was standard in terms of size and equipment. 3. Reception staff allowed the "concession" of checking out at 12.00 and went to considerable length stressing that it is a gross exception! Not the right attitude for a service organization."

I really appreciated the air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the summer heatwave when I visited. I'm a regular who comes for business trips and it's really a great price for your buck. I appreciate the quick, no-fuss check-in process and their easy approach to requests, like getting extra pillows. Overall, it's great value for the price."

"The hotel is well located for exploring the city center. The reception staff were absolutely amazing and very accommodating. They set up a massage for my husband and booked a taxi for him too. The staff were very cheerful and friendly while still being quite professional. I really can’t say enough good things about them. The breakfast included the option to order eggs to your liking. Our room #1006 was spacious and comfortable with nice decor touches. There was a separate water closet from the bathroom and the bathroom had two sinks which is nice when two of you are getting ready in the morning. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. There was a coffeemaker and mini fridge as well. The valet parking was also very convenient. I had never heard of the Handwritten Collection before, but I will definitely look for them in our future travels."

"The stay was very inconvenient because it took a lot of time to open the room. Due to the check-in system after checking in, no confirmation email was received, so the room could not be opened. And tried to contact the hotel back, it turned out that the hotel was not interested. There is no elevator either. If you carry a big bag, you will definitely die. The weather is very cold. Luckily, I met a kind guest who helped contact the hotel. Then I was able to enter the room."

"The owner of this youth hostel is super nice! Very enthusiastic too! Treat us to a welcome shot You can choose to drink alcohol and juice (smoothie) Delicious! ! ! The room is clean The location of the youth hostel is a 5-minute walk from the train station. There is also a large bus stop just a 3-minute walk away If you are taking Flexibus(?), I don’t know if there is a mismatch. It is also very convenient to go there from the overpass of the train station! "

"The hotel is quite far from the train station, taking nearly half an hour to walk. The gravel road is inconvenient for luggage. There's only one bus stop nearby, with infrequent services. There are also few places to eat or drink, making it inconvenient. You have to go back to the train station to get anything. The hotel also charges a separate service fee, which differs from the price listed on Ctrip's website. After unsuccessful communication, Ctrip ultimately paid the compensation. The room was small, typical of a European business hotel."

Breakfast on the terrace is great, you can hear the church bells! The stairs are narrow and the staff needs to help carry the luggage"

Great location with good access to the Centre, beautiful walks, bike hire, clean and funky rooms, the restaurant next door was really convenient and great food the breakfast basket was amazing and all in all I can't compliment it enough."

"A cozy and very hospitable hotel. The employees are all very friendly and service-oriented. The rooms are clean and attractively decorated. There is a Nespresso machine with a number of cups in the room to wake up with a delicious coffee. Breakfast is very well prepared and can also be taken away. A perfect hotel. Unfortunately I didn't eat there in the evening, but I will definitely do that next time. The menu looks super good."

"The hotel offers a small, boutique experience in an old mansion that is steps away from the bustle of town but just a short walk from City Hall plaza, shopping, restaurants and the major sites. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It offers a pleasant environment with parking, as well as breakfast and drinks in either an intimate courtyard or patio. Unfortunately, we were in a double room that had sloped ceilings making it difficult to get in and out of one side of the bed without the possibility of hitting your head. The room offered comfortable beds but lacked in size, lighting and outlets for charging."
