The hotel is elegant, ideally located, and the staff truly goes out of their way to ensure guests feel comfortable and fully enjoy their stay. Thanks to their attentiveness and warm welcome, we had a wonderful time in this beautiful city. However, a few points could further enhance the experience: - It would be appreciated to have a telephone in the room for easy access to reception. - The bath towels could be larger to better reflect the hotel's standard. - Finally, the breakfast, offered at €38 per person, seemed a bit limited for the price. It would benefit from either being expanded to better reflect the advertised price or being offered at a more reasonable price, around €20 to €25. Despite these constructive remarks, we have very fond memories of our stay and sincerely thank the entire team for their kindness and professionalism."

Luckily, I met a kind guest who helped contact the hotel. Then I was able to enter the room."

"The villa is relatively small, with two bathrooms and the bedroom on the second floor. All of them have sloping roofs and are relatively low. The towels are very old and the sheets have holes. It is not far from the city. When I arrived on the first night, the door lock was broken and it was far from the front desk. After more than ten minutes, the staff helped to open the door. There was no service. I bought firewood myself. The children experienced the fun of making a fire again. There is a car shop outside the front desk where you can rent a car for cycling"
