Ik was een aantal dagen met mijn dochter in Maastricht . Ik had een kamer met 2 aparte bedden gereserveerd. Op de kamer bleek er een 2-persoonsbed te staan. Na navraag bij de receptie kregen we alsnog een andere kamer. Het zou fijn zijn als er op een 2-persoons kamer 2 stoelen zouden staan ipv 1. Bovendien misten we kastruimte voor onze kleding en een kastje of plankje in de badkamer voor onze toilettassen. Die hebben we op de grond gezet. Toen we na een dag lopen in de stad om een uur of vijf terug kwamen op de kamer om even rustig te zitten een een kopje koffie te drinken bleek de kamer nog niet schoongemaakt te zijn. Na melding bij de receptie kregen we een voucher voor een consumptie in de hotelbar. Netjes opgelost. De ligging van het hotel was prima, het was er rustig. Personeel bij de receptie en bediening in de bar was aardig.

Мне всё понравилось. Оставались на одну ночь. У отеля отличное расположение, не возникло трудностей при выезде и заезде. Завтрак был питательным и приятным, а также красиво оформлен. В целом стиль отеля симпатичный. У меня был двухэтажный номер, необычно и интересно.

Stayed here whilst visiting Maastricht with my wife. It’s a great location only 3 minutes walk from the centre and 10 minutes walk to the Vrijthof. Service was excellent, room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. We’ll be back!

This is a lovely hotel close to the main squares and shopping areas of the city of Maastrict. The breakfast service is especially good and beautifully laid out. The beds are comfortable and the rooms nicely decorated. Front desk service is also top-notch--efficient and friendly.

Wir sind als Paar angereist und wollten aufgrund eines runden Geburtstags etwas Besonderes. Genau das haben wir hier auch bekommen. Wir hatten eine extrem schöne Suite mit Balkon. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auf unserem Zimmer waren sogar frische Blumen und wir bekamen zu dem Geburtstag einen Gutschein für zwei Getränke an der Hausbar. Die Lage des Hotels mitten in der Altstadt ist hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Hotel insgesamt sehr stilvoll und gleichzeitig modern. Wir hatten dort eine wundervolle Zeit und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Top locatie in het centrum, alles op loopafstand! In de meivakantie verbleven, dus redelijk hoge prijs betaald voor de relatief simpele kamer (die helaas niet helemaal schoon was). Wij sliepen aan de voorkant, met het raam open heb je daar wel overlast van verkeer en ‘uitgaanspubliek’. Receptie is wel heel behulpzaam en meedenkend. Ondanks de kritische noot (met name vanwege de wat hogere prijs), komen we hier zeker terug als we weer naar Maastricht gaan!

Very nice hotel with modern facilities and traditional looks. Good bed, shower and breakfast, large rooms with good temperature and light. Short walk from center and highlights of the city. Very friendly service creating 'at home' a**osphere. Excellent few days with wife and kids, will come back for sure.
