Bij aankomst in de kamer bleek de kamer nog niet te zijn schoongemaakt en verder klaargemaakt. . Helemaal geen excuses oid. Hygiëne was slecht. Veel dingen in de kamer verouderd of niet compleet. Bij uitchecken mochten we nog even extra toeristenbelasting betalen, terwijl we dat vooraf al hadden gedaan. Er werd hierbij gezegd dat de tarieven verhoogd waren. Ik heb meegedeeld dat ik het nogal gewaagd vond om dat te vragen, ook omdat het een eigen fout was en verder omdat de service (zie bovenstaand) echt slecht was. Ik heb het geweigerd en heb toen het hotel verlaten.

De housekeeping mag beter. Kloppen al veel te vroeg aan je deur, maar qua schoonmaken was er weinig te merken. Zelfs geen nieuw toiletpapier opgehangen, terwijl er een lege rol hing. Ook werd de kamer niet schoongemaakt. Heel stoffig ook. Was hier in Januari ook en toen had ik op eerste dag niet eens schone handdoeken in de badkamer liggen. Jammer, want de ligging van het hotel is top, maar zou het een ander niet snel aanraden als het zo blijft. Qua receptie/restaurant ben ik tevreden. Ben goed ontvangen ook bij het uitchecken liep alles goed.

Gemakkelijk om je auto veilig te parkeren en hotel dichtbij het centrum en daarmee is het positieve gezegd. De kamer was koud We logeerden op de 4de verdieping en veel geluid van de auto s. De kamer was verouderd en niet zo proper. Toilet en lavabo werden niet dagelijks gepoetst en de vuilbak werd niet geleegd. We hebben tot 3 keer toe moeten vragen of we verse handdoeken kregen en de zeep werd niet aangevuld. Ook de gangen, lift en lounge waren niet proper. De tapijt in de gang werd niet consequent gestofzuigd en er hingen spinwebben aan de venster en veel stof op de vensterbank. Voor mij geen 4 sterren waard eerder 3 en duur ook.

Een vies hotel. Overal stof op de grond, zelfs in de lounge. Onze kamer had een vensterbank met een vliegenkerkhof, dat er al even lag. Na een klacht van ons was er de volgende dag niets gebeurd. De vloerbedekking in de lounge en op de verdiepingen was ronduit vies. Een ontbijt te veel op de nota gezet, nog niets retour ontvangen. Koffiezet apparaat smerig en werkte niet. Telefoon op kamer werkte niet. Wij komen hier zeker nooit meer terug.
