Mooi hotel goede ligging, kamers waren super schoon alleen jammer dat kamer 19 geen koffie machine heeft. Dit is overigens een kleinigheid. Vriendelijk personeel en het ontbijt was top, bediening aan tafel dus geen buffet Meer dan genoeg. Dank jullie wel

Het verblijf was heerlijk. Mooi hotel met goede service. De kamer was top en schoon. Goed bed. Prima locatie voor parkeren en het bereik van het hart van het centrum op loopafstand. Enige puntje was dat er tot laat in de nacht muziek hoorbaar was van beneden in kamer 7 tussen de eerste en t****e etage in.

It’s Sunday afternoon, late lunch time, there are just a handful of customers (whilst many other restaurants nearby are full): I first asked the waitress at the bar if food is being served - and got a first mouthful of her grumpy reply. I sat down, looked at the menue and opted for the salmon (happened to be most expensive dish on their menu), and waited and waited and waited ( I was not in a hurry, by the way). Finally, to make it easier for her, I went to the bar to place my order (to make it easier for her), and got a 2nd rude mouthful from her (‘i will come to your table etc’). When she eventually turned up, she downright rudely told me ‘the salmon is for dinner, now it is lunch time’ and walked away. And so did I This lady should be fired - she has zero aptitude for gastronomy. Not even a shred of politeness - just pure aggressive rudeness

We reserved a table for 2 for an evening dinner. But on arrival, all tables were taken, and nobody had bothered to reserve a space. We were shown to an empty room, no atmosphere with no views. The waitress was rude, abrupt, and not bothered. This is not service. We did not stay. Poor management.

Een gezellig en zeer gastvrij hotel. De medewerkers zijn stuk voor stuk erg vriendelijk en servicegericht. De kamers zijn schoon en sfeervol ingericht. Er staat een Nespresso apparaat met een aantal cups op de kamer om heerlijk wakker te worden met koffie. Ontbijt is super goed verzorgd en kan ook ‘take away’. Een perfect hotel. Ik heb er helaas niet gegeten ‘s avonds, maar dat ga ik de volgende keer zeker doen. De menukaart ziet er super goed uit.
