Nice hotel, good location, rooms were super clean, just a pity that room 19 does not have a coffee machine. This is a small thing, by the way. Friendly staff and the breakfast was great, table service so no buffet. More than enough. Thank you

The stay was wonderful. Nice hotel with good service. The room was top notch and clean. Good bed. Excellent location for parking and the heart of the center within walking distance. The only point was that music could be heard from downstairs in room 7 between the first and third floors until late at night.

It’s Sunday afternoon, late lunch time, there are just a handful of customers (whilst many other restaurants nearby are full): I first asked the waitress at the bar if food is being served - and got a first mouthful of her grumpy reply. I sat down, looked at the menue and opted for the salmon (happened to be most expensive dish on their menu), and waited and waited and waited ( I was not in a hurry, by the way). Finally, to make it easier for her, I went to the bar to place my order (to make it easier for her), and got a 2nd rude mouthful from her (‘i will come to your table etc’). When she eventually turned up, she downright rudely told me ‘the salmon is for dinner, now it is lunch time’ and walked away. And so did I This lady should be fired - she has zero aptitude for gastronomy. Not even a shred of politeness - just pure aggressive rudeness

We reserved a table for 2 for an evening dinner. But on arrival, all tables were taken, and nobody had bothered to reserve a space. We were shown to an empty room, no a**osphere with no views. The waitress was rude, abrupt, and not bothered. This is not service. We did not stay. Poor management.

A cozy and very hospitable hotel. The employees are all very friendly and service-oriented. The rooms are clean and attractively decorated. There is a Nespresso machine with a number of cups in the room to wake up with a delicious coffee. Breakfast is very well prepared and can also be taken away. A perfect hotel. Unfortunately I didn't eat there in the evening, but I will definitely do that next time. The menu looks super good.
