Booked this for my friend, the only non-diamond hotel in Macheng. It seems to be a hotel converted from a historical building. I like the tone and historical sense of this hotel. But my friend said it is not as good as the Crown by the river, mainly because the rooms are converted from the interior of the building, and the rooms are not as good as the International Hotel.

Rustig gelegen, ontvangst zeer professioneel en parkeren lekker makkelijk. Kamers echt prima, zeer schoon en mooi afgewerkt. Ontbijt lekker en meer dan voldoende. Zeer vriendelijk en attente medewerkers, goede locatie voor weekend Maastricht!!

Let's start why we give only 4 points in this review:When booking a valetparking service for 45 euro a day,knowing that the reception staff can see on their camera who is arriving in front of the hotel,I expect somebody coming out and helping us for the luggage.It's a 5 star hotel and this is not the usual Marriott service. We reserved lunch at Spencer's but they serve you in the lobby next to the reception. No service for lunch upstairs in the main restaurant.They should prevent guests about this. No sink in the toilet of the Kruisherensuite..... The positive aspects: Stunning overall design an clean.Perfect service once you enter the lobby.Staff very kind and professional.Breakfast Buffet as well as dinner at Spencer's perfect. Amazing innercourt with openair bar. We got the Kruisherensuite that is the biggest of the hotel.Topdesign with double sinks free standing bathtube and italian double shower.Beds Kingsize.Minibar NOT complimentary.A NO GO for this type of accommodation.One bottle of still water per day.Unfortunately the separate Toilet has no sink. We recommand this hotel nevertheless hoping that somebody will be there next time to help with the luggage on arrival

Kruisheren hotel is a very nice hotel in a very central place in Maastricht. It is based in a beautifully renovated monastery. It has great rooms, it's clean, nice staff, and great breakfast and dinner! From the hotel it is easy to walk to the various places in the city centre

Booked 23-04-24 for the first time in a suite at chateau Neercanne. Rooms very tastefully decorated, complete and quiet. Breakfast was made a la carte by the chef of the Bistro. A bottle of water and a special piece of soap upon departure. Price quality excellent € 382.00 p/n 24 and 25-04-24 booked at the Kruisherenhotel in Maastricht (also Oostwegel) Rooms were cold. Window decoration was not yet finished with a neat cove. Staff friendly and helpful. Price quality on the high side April 24 €503.00 / April 25 €436.00 incl. breakfast bar. April 26 the price is much more favorable. There was also a lot of noise from outside. And hotel guests were not so quiet in the hallways around midnight. Shoes sloshing, talking loudly and doors slamming shut. The whole thing was disappointing, we had higher expectations after our experience in Neercanne. You can question the 5 ***** that this hotel has.

Nice experience. Check in while enjoying a bubble in the bar. Valet parking available. The attic room was spacious and very well equipped. Attentive staff and good location of the hotel in hospitable Maastricht.
