Nice, basic, big hotel. Clean, small rooms. As most hotels, they charge a deposit on check-in. But they never returned it. And when I made a reclamation and asked about it, they never answered my e-mails. So follow-up on your deposit returns.

We love this place! This was our second stay at the Urban Residences and, yet again, it was flawless. The staff are always so welcoming and our room was plush, well-appointed and gave us all the features we needed. There's a hob for cooking, an oven, Nespresso, washing machine, tumble dryer.... all quality items which worked perfectly. The location is right opposite the Vrijthof Square and is absolutely perfect in terms of exploring Maastricht (one of our favourite cities anywhere). There's a great supermarket a 2 minute walk away, the train station is a 8-10 minute walk from the hotel, and the whole of Maastricht is on your doorstep. This is a highly highly recommended place to stay.

Nice apartment complex. Very nicely decorated and of good quality, but an area for improvement is the quality of the bed topper. This is poor and of too thin quality. This means you do not have the comfort of a double bed. If the quality is too thin, you get a split in the middle of the neck and the ends curl up, causing poor sleeping comfort.

We loved the suites and the hotel location was the best,close to every thing and walking distance to bus stops,just to note there is no elevator,if you have a large luggage you will need to carry it up the stairs,otherwise perfect for long stay in Maastricht,we stayed there for a week and we loved it!
