The hotel is under renovation. More of a ******* place than a hotel. Worst they will keep on calling you at 12 noon to check out right away and will make sure to keep on call ing until you are irritated to go out of the room. I was schoked that the housekeeping was already waiting outside our door. Very inconsiderate for slight check out time. BERLYN SUPERIORIDAD and ALDRINE MARIANO both in front desk were very unapolegetic and rude even smirked when we complained. Will never go back in this ******* hotel. Very unprofessional and rude employees. 😠

Hotel staff friendly, but a breakfast buffet staff lady was very rude and seemed somewhat lazy. When requested a refill of drink item, lady seemed bothered. Because of poor behavior, we won’t return. Many other hotels in area.

Great Customer Service experience! Much Better from my previous stay. The ambiance and the Pool area is very relaxing. The Room we stayed in is spacious and No issue with internet connections. We will be back.

We checked in on December 24 and I made reservation 3 weeks before and I stated that we are 4. Then when we checked in the setup for 4 persons was not yet done. The TV is busted, and today (CHRISTMAS DAY) the water from the aircons was dripping. The bidet cannot be off. My gosh, Christmas day away from home supposed to have R&R because of work and the stress of the pandemic and this is what we are experiencing. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. True, its an old hotel but at least they should prepare the rooms to be occupied are in good condition. So if you are planning to stay here PLEASE THINK A THOUSAND TIMES.
