"We stayed here overnight only. But this was our fouth time at Royce Hotel. The staffs were courteous and helpful. The hallway smells good. There were restaurants also inside so you don't need to eat outside."

"The location and the spa are the best things about this hotel. Spa personnel were really good and friendly. Everything else was average to bad. The restaurant food was pretty terrible. They need new chefs! I bought a birthday package that wasn't set up even though I spent days discussing via email with the hotel staff (3 people actually emailed me to work out the arrangements). Hotel staff, when you called from the room never picked up, in room dining hardly ever picked up. When they did they said they were busy and would call back - they never did. I bought a room that had 3 breakfasts per day included. When checking in they said I only had 2. I showed them the confirmation on Trip app. The manager proceeded to argue/seemed annoyed and told me to address it later because it was late. I chose to ignore it because they had already screwed up the birthday package and I WAS annoyed. But this is just the level of organization and management of this hotel. Overall, this place needs a management overhaul because it's not being run in a very organized manner nor do they seem to care about the little things like greeting people and being nice."

"I recently stayed at Quest Hotel in Clark and overall had a pleasant experience. The check-in and checkout process was impressively fast and efficient, which made the stay hassle-free. The bed was spacious and comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The hotel also has well-equipped gym facilities, which I appreciated. On the other hand, the room itself could use some updating, as certain features felt a bit dated. I did like the convenient water station located outside the rooms, which was very practical. Breakfast was generally good, though the selection leaned towards the sweeter side, and the taho didn’t taste freshly made. Despite these minor points, I had a restful night’s sleep, and my niece and nephews thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which added to the positive experience."

"It is located in a quiet, upscale residential area, so the security and quietness were good. The facilities were decent and cleanly managed, and the staff was friendly. There were no particular shortcomings, but it might be a little awkward for non-Korean customers. A Korean buffet was provided for breakfast, and the taste was okay. I had a good rest."
