房間隔音差，前台/客房服務電話平時很難接通，晚上更難接通，至少10分鐘以上。
前台辦理入住隊伍混亂，沒有工作人員維持秩序，也沒有安放鐵馬讓客人有秩序排隊等候辦理，電梯較小，需要從商場繞行才能找到。
房間浴室較大，雙洗手盆設計。預訂的是看煙花海景房，但並不能看到煙花

I came to Macau for a week and stayed at YOHO Resorts World.

整體失望。
硬件上算是符合五星酒店的定位，游泳池，商場購物，都有提供，但也只是提供而已。
首先泳池更衣室位置奇怪，要跨越人來人往的大堂才能進入，對滿身濕透要回房間洗澡更衣的客人來說很不方便，一般酒店泳池的進入位置不會設在那麼繁忙的路段。然後脫鞋放鞋的位置狹小，不用儲存櫃的就只能放在那陽春的鞋架上，4人以上在脫鞋基本上已沒處可站，而且太狹少經常人流擠塞。游池則沒有可投訴的，風景是一流，不過算不上無邊際泳池。
房間的話是比較滿意的，不會太小，基本設備都有，洗手間寬敞，就是雨淋花灑有點問題，灑水口不集中。
其他設施沒有時間去查看，沒能評價。
最大問題是服務，我和女朋友登記入住時前台告訴我只能給我兩張單人床的房間，我有點詫異，跟他說我已在備註上寫上盡量給我雙人床。前台的竟然回答我：你自己說盡量的啊，言下之意好像是我說盡量是我的錯一樣。我說盡量是希望可以安排雙人床，如果不能安排也是能夠理解，但不代表我會接受這樣的態度。即使不提供其他選擇，沒有解決方案，表示歉意也是基本服務要求吧？
所謂五星酒店，空有其表，細節和服務都不達標不到位，也許房價就反映了一切，按照那前台女生的邏輯，選擇這樣價位的五星酒店是我自找的呀。
不推薦，澳門有更多更好的選擇。
