今次一家三口入住了兩日一晚。首先以服務人員的態度來說是好好，好有禮貌與熱情。其中前台部的Rebecca小姐，幫我們check-in時的態度好好，講解詳細，有耐性，更因為有小朋友而送左一些禮物比我地。
與類近的酒店Conrad相比，JW澳門讓我好正面的評價。
前台部或大堂職員是一間酒店最重要，行李部的職員都好有禮貌與責任心，我的BB要換尿片，其中一個職員都肯帶我地去其他樓層更換！
房間是達到4-5星的標準，不會令人失望！
2樓行政樓層的職員都是做到5星酒店的要求。

銀河度假村的體系之一，可以免費玩天浪濤園，飯店還幫我們升等泳池景觀房，第二天還提供開床服務和送禮品給我們，真的太棒太好的禮賓服務，早餐多元選擇，很好吃。服務員都非常的親切和熱情，。

萬豪酒店一直是𠆤品牌酒店，飛機到達時想大概要等幾個小時，沒想到Tiffany小姐非常熱情温暖，問候一下我們是紀念日，立即給我們安排房間，並且還送了甜蜜的蛋糕，謝謝🙏萬豪酒店的早餐也不錯👍所有服務生都非常熱情，下次來澳門一定還會住萬豪酒店

酒店的裝修華麗漂亮，環境乾淨整潔。服務員的態度也很好。早餐的種類也很多，食物的質素不錯。值得再次入住。

萬豪的服務和床品一向是很優質的，房間的床睡着很舒服，room service也很好吃。酒店前台接待Kayla服務態度特別好，看我一臉疲憊幫我提前了一點辦入住，還會再來入住的。
