We were greeted by a surprise that trip.com did not secure 3 nights for us. After the flight we still need to be alert and communicate using the trip.com live staff to settle the third night issue. We felt a little scammed as we had already made 3 nights payment and the agent which did the booking for us only honour 2 nights. In the end after two days the confirmation came in. We then feel relieved. Room does have cigarette smell but we endured so it was alright. Bed was a little hard good for kids but not so comfy for adults. Housekeeping was quite strict in their allocation of pillows they rejected my request for 2 additional pillows. Wanted the additional pillows to prevent my child from falling off the bed

Been to Macau several times and have stayed at this hotel each time. The reception staff and cleaning staff are very polite and friendly. Tried their breakfast and tea time meal, quite good as well. Overall value to stay.

5 minutes walk to Taipa village and taipa houses, 20 minutes to galaxy & venetian, less than 30 mops taxi ride to cotai casinos, near bus stops, good sized rooms, affordable

From the eighth-floor room, the view is nothing short of breathtaking. The height offers a unique perspective, granting an expansive panorama that stretches far and wide. As I gaze out the window, my eyes are greeted by a tapestry of urban wonders. The city skyline adorns the horizon, with towering skyscrapers reaching towards the heavens. A bustling street below showcases the vibrant pulse of life, with cars zipping by and pedestrians hurrying along the sidewalks. In the distance, a serene river meanders through the landscape, its tranquil waters reflecting the golden hues of the setting sun. Truly, this room on the eighth floor provides a captivating vantage point to observe the dynamic beauty of the world outside.

Very clean and close to the center. Nice and friendly stuff . It was nice to stay in this hotel .

The location is very good as well the price comparing to the other hotels. Our air conditioner was not warming enough and the staff gave us a heater to use during our stay. There is also a shuttle bus to macau peninsula for free which is supper convenient. The room was okay, cleaned. Taipa is small and the hotel is close to everything, special taipa village. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the breakfast, which is totally Chinese, didn’t even have milk. However they have a coffee machine there. For foreigners is not worth it to take the breakfast there since you will find a lot of options nearby. Summarising, it was a good experience.

This was such a great hotel. The staff was so friendly and professional. The location is ideal - close to downtown Taipa where all the great restaurants are located. Lots of restaurants around the hotel as well. And the room was clean and the bed was so comfortable, I didn't wanna leave. They were also kind enough to upgrade my room. That was so nice of them!

service quality is superb but some hotel hardware are not fantastic. e.g., USB charger at sides of bed are both faulty. Luckily hotel staff ran up and down found us an adapter with 1 USB and 1 C type charger.

The location is good . You can walk from Venetian it takes 15~20min or if you take a bus in front of Venetian it's just 3~4stops. Room is spacious and clean. The price is reasonable. I'll book again.

Hotel located 12 min walking from casinos (Venetian, The Londoner…), and approximately 40 minutes commute to St Paul’s ruins, etc. Bus station nearby with bus 26 going to Macau Tower. Outdoor swimming pool opened from 8h to 18h. Breakfast was not included with the room, 55 MOP extra. Small buffet. We made a request through Trip before our arrival to have a non smoking and quiet room, and the request was rejected. We got a non smoking room but at night from 22h it was noisy both nights, with continuous noise from the pipes the first one and laundry-like noise the second one. The room was spacious, fully carpeted floor. The hair dryer worked a bit and stopped, and again. Water bottles were not replaced. We had to leave really early the last day to take the train, we asked the staff on the first and second night if they could help us call the taxi and get price quotation, they said to come the morning directly, and couldn’t tell a price. She also offered us to take the shuttle at 10h30 am while I told her we had to leave at 06 am. The last morning we came to the desk and asked for help, the receptionist told us to go at the front of the hotel and wave to call a taxi.

Everything is good here, this is second stay here for this trip. Breakfast so delicious 😋 Transport is convenient
