5月2日入住酒店，下午1點45到，前台説3點房間才會好，表示理解，就去周邊逛了一圈，2:45分回酒店前台説15分鐘後好，表示理解也很驚訝酒店的準時3點入住，大廳等待，一直坐到3點半沒房間，酒店估計擔心我們抗議讓我們去2樓餐廳坐等，結果，一坐就直到5點才給我們房卡！我們一共入住3晚，攜程一張訂單下酒店，辦理入住的時候發現3晚是3個不同的訂單需要簽三份入住登記，後來知道房間居然是某代理用積分換的！我們定的是3張床的房間房價7700一晚，入住發現就是最普通的雙人間加了一個彈簧床，加完床連路都沒了抽屜也開不了！後來查了一下這個雙床間單獨定就是2100！
再説説酒店的設施和服務，房間裝修沒有任何驚艷的地方，設備老舊，非智能馬桶，衞生間很小也沒有任何地方可以放手機，帶手機進衞生間衹能放地上！
5月3日我們早上出門遊玩澳門，下午5點多回來，居然房間都沒有人來打掃！打電話投訴才安排清潔人員來收拾，結果一家三口和清潔人員擠在這麼小的房間裏40分鐘一起吃灰，還不同床左右挪移配合清潔，體驗極差！按理説這個檔次的酒店下午5點多夜床都要準備開始來收拾了，文華東方連基本的一次清潔都沒有開始！簡直是對這個品牌刷碎三觀！
文華東方很差，下次再也不來了！
