The front line staff all are very helpful , especially thank you to Tom Lu for the great service. This hotel provide free shuttle bus service to Zhuhai. Walk to tourism spot like St Paul Church about 10mins . Nearby a lot eateries places like the famous Margaret egg tart. Can take free shuttle bus to Lisboa Hotel and walk to Grand Emperors Hotel. This hotel room is huge and bed and pillow is comfy . Will definitely come back again .

Polite staff and nice breakfast, esp the milk tea. At city centre and Convenient to access anywhere. Taxi in front of hotel

The hotel is in a good spot - not too busy. Room was spacious. Service was average. It’s a busy place with people in and out. Mini bar was free. It was clean.

Hotel free upgraded us for the stay. Nice family room and the food for their Chinese restaurant at 9F is very good.

Good hospitality. Room is sparkling clean. One minus point is that the room can hear noise from outside, as well as the doors are not too soundproof.

It's my first time staying at Grand Emperor hotel, I highly recommended it. We booked the family room, the room is very spacious, cosy and stylish. Very clean and it has nice view of the surrounding area. We paid extra for the breakfast buffet, good selection of hot Chinese and western breakfast items, it's worth it. I'll definitely book it again.
