房間等各方面設施都很好，自助山早餐也很豐盛，唯一的缺點是入住需要等太長時間，還要一直不斷排隊。

今次再度光臨有點失望，check in 安排差，明白紅卡會員可優先，但作為已光顧多次顧客的我，我就一直等紅卡會員先，而我和其他顧客就一直等，酒店應劃分VIP櫃位，同時間其他顧客亦能在其他櫃位check in ，另當日負責排隊安排的小姐很沒禮貌，完全無視不是紅卡的顧客。
