The hotel is 8-min walk from Grand Lisboeta, not easy to locate though. There are three doors to enter to the hotel and there was no staff present at the line friends hotel- I had to check in on the other side. These special Line Friend-themed rooms are located only on 3/F, so don’t expect to enjoy views inside the room. The room design is cute with lots of Brown and things are clean. However, I requested a double bed but they could not arrange and gave me two twin beds at the end. I enjoyed the express checkout service.

Very excellent room with many decorations of Line Friends. But the free shuttle bus from/to Taipa Pier needs 1 hour waiting time. The staff is polite. And remember not to take taxi in Macai. Taxi is tourist trap. Go to the bus or wait for the free shuttle.

A must go for line friends. The mall there has a line theme cafe as well. You can take many photos and buy souvenirs.

My husband and I decided to bring our 2-year-old son to stay at this hotel mainly because of the Line Friends theme. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, fulfilling our requests for a baby cot and a queen-size bed. However, to our dismay, our son ended up with around 6-7 mosquito bites overnight, which caused him discomfort and disrupted his sleep. It was unexpected for us to encounter this issue in a family-oriented hotel room. We hope that the hotel addresses this issue promptly as it is a place that many children would enjoy staying at.

The trip to macau is really good with the room in this hotel, everything’s clean

The overall experience was great. My kid loves the vibes of the hotel as well as the setting of the room. The location is not so convenient compared to other hotels nearby.

The location is a bit off from the ***** and there is no road for customers to walk with luggages. We all need to walk on the road with the cars to the hotel entrance. Overall the room is nice and clean. The night shift staff at the reception is not polite at all. We checked in a bit late and we have been waited for so long to see a staff to come out from a room. She didn’t apologise at all for disappointed from her position.

Fancy and comfortable room but it's a little bit far away from the center of the town …………Traffic is a big problem.

Fairly good service mostly from young hotel front desk employees; facilities are excellent in general - targeting young families. Retail vendors are very well-chosen within the hotel complex. Food-wise, it depends on which restaurants in hotel you go to; the noodle place is excellent (recommended), while the breakfast place is no good (not recommended at all). Beebeeland is marvelous, kids love it.

Clean and comfortable room. I love the wooden floors and also the decorations.

Nice food in the Line Cafe and spacious shopping mall which is not crowded and great for kids. Great to have the extra space in the balcony and see lots of Line Friends around the hotel.
