It's an OK place but I'd personally pay more money for a better hotel next time.
Rooms & space is exaggeratedly small even for Macau. The front desk service is... not great(no English, can't call you a taxi, not friendly, etc...).
There were people smoking in the room next to us even though it wasn't allowed(we booked a non-smoking room) & front desk seemed to do nothing. The door beeps for some reason when you leave it open 10 seconds - so if neighbors come back late you'll hear that. Room service - you can get your room 'cleaned' but it just involves getting your towels changed & soap refilled - they don't even change sheets or sweep the floor. They provide no laundry service & can't seem to recommend a place that does (Macau seems to have a serious shortage of laundry places).
It is VERY clean though, well organized for what it is.
There is also luggage storage which came in handy & they let us check in early. Beds were hard - but not ridiculously so (I prefer a hard bed).
Just the negatives outweigh the positives.

The hotel was as good as you can get in such an expensive city as Macau for as little money as this. The problem is Macau itself: boring and shallow place to visit where all there is to do is ******** in the huge plastic ******s that emulate fake European capitals and monuments. The city is expensive af, taxis are scarce and unhelpful, no bycicles like in the rest of China... do yourself a favour and go to HK or Guangdong instead. Don't say you weren't warned.
The East Asia Hotel provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The East Asia Hotel is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Macau. With Leal Senado Building, Macau Tower and Historic Centre of Macau all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. For guests traveling with groups of friends, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

This quaint hotel surprised our expectations. It may not be a luxury hotel like the ones familiar all over Macau, but the service, dedication and congenial vibe given by its staff is truly impeccable! I would definitely come back and put my guests here again and again. Not to forget the convenience and close proximity it is to various heritage spots in the peninsula makes it worth it too! Keep up the good work and see you next time! Kudos!

Staggered the time of travel on May Day. The price is okay, not exaggerated, the hygiene is not bad, and the bed is big enough. There are disposable slippers and toiletries, and the hot water for the bath comes out quickly. After crossing the border, you can take the free bus to Shiliupu. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the hotel. The hotel is easy to find, just come in directly in the small alley opposite the supermarket, and it was a circle at that time. The boss is very enthusiastic, and it is very close to the archway, about 10 minutes walk. In the evening, there is a place to eat late at night (the shop with pork belly chicken), and the set meal for three people is 289, and the taste is also very good! I love Macau~
The Macau Masters Hotel was recently renovated in 2023, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Macau. The hotel offers easy access to Macau International Airport, just 10km away. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with friends.

Nice hotel located in old Macau district. Special mention for Jerry (Front Office) & Housemaid (forgot to get her name) for floor 10th during our stay - helpful & courteous.
We would have had an enjoyable stay in Macau, but unfortunately, it was marred by some unethical individuals (we're not sure if they were locals or tourists) who stole our hotel-loaned umbrella right under the nose of the security guard at the Sir Robert Ho Tung Library. The umbrella was kept at their umbrella rack because it was raining during our visit. The most ridiculous part is that the security guard actually told us to file a police report on the loss! Sadly, we had to pay MOP 100 to the hotel as a penalty for the stolen umbrella. 🤦♀️😓.

The hotel is ok for not long stay.
Pros:
1. Quite good location: walkable distance to the main attractions, the buses stop in front of the hotel, supermarkets, ATM and McDonald’s are nearby.
2. The staff is nice and helpful. They speak English which is very important!
3. The bed and pillow is comfortable.
4. The window cannot be opened but the aircon is ok, however it is noisy.
5. I had good view from my window: the street and building in front of the hotel. (Photo)
6. WiFi in the room was good.
Cons:
1. The hotel is quite old, the facilities need to be renewed. Actually, they currently do renovation and warn about the noise from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It was not a problem for me, but it would be better to know about it before non-refundable reservation.
2. I booked single room with double bed but the room was bad: dirty (or burnt) carpet, dirty drops on the bathroom door, stains on the table. (Photo 1). I asked to change the room. They didn’t have another double bed room, so they offered twin bed room. It was better, so I stayed. But still, the facilities were not really good, for instance, there was mold at the bathroom curtain and near the sink, the sink was burst and the water went out slowly. (Photo)
3. No breakfast.
I hope that after renovation the hotel will be much better and more pleasant to stay.
Metropark Hotel Macau enjoys convenient transport links, mere 15 minutes drive from Macau International Airport.
To create a serene and relaxing atmosphere, this Macau hotel does not have a nightclub.
Guests choosing to dine at the hotel can enjoy a wide selection of international food. The revolving banquet hall on the top floor is a place where diners can enjoy both stunning city view and various refreshements and snacks.

Outstanding
SSi De LucasIt was a great trip, the staff were very helpful and it was kid friendly. The suite was huge and being situated in the Londoner, there was plenty of things to do.
GGuest UserThe hotel is huge!!! Nice and beautiful hotel, also they have the waterpark inside (you have to pay but the swimming pool is free). The hotel also has water, soda, and drinks plus cup noodles for guests!!! I really enjoyed my stay.
GGuest UserWe went to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary and the customer service team Kent and Cherry went above and beyond our expectations and provided us with amazing customer service! Not only did Kent personally took us to our hotel rooms they also provided a complimentary cake and gift as well as upgraded my parents room! Highly recommend!!
GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
SSeay DoerOverall experience is good.
- Excellent service
- Good location: walking distance to Studio City, W hotel, Londoner and Venetian Macau
- One of the most instagrammable hotel in Cotai area
- free airport/harbour pick up and drop off service
- Eiffel tower theme with light show every 15 min daily.
PPhilipMy first gripe is actually with Trip.com - we needed to book one room with a single bed and another with two separate beds, but Trip.com DOES NOT allow booking different room types in the same booking - they have to be made under separate reserverations.
We proceeded with booking two single bed rooms hoping that we can amend our booking or ask the hotel to change the second room (since the price is similar) after we made the reservation - but the hotel requested a $500 fee to change to two beds, which is WAY WAY more than the difference between the actual room rates (between single and double) as listed on Trip.com. At least the staff offered to set up the sofa bed free of charge so they gained back some brownie points there.
Location is a little ways out (everything is a bit too far to walk but very close by car or bus), so we had to take the taxi to go anywhere. The larger hotel casinos (MGM, ********, Galaxy...etc.) would have free shuttle service, but not Lisboeta.
The hotel itself, being quite new, is nice and clean, but I do smell smoke in the hallways. Not sure what the hotel policy is on this, but there was no ”non-smoking room” option when booking. However, considering this is Macau and considering the usual clientele, this should not have come as a surprise in hindsight. All toiletries are á L'Occitane which is nice - but no surprise here.
There are three eateries on location and all of them are what I would consider quick / casual dining options. There is a food court at the ajoining mall though but even then selection is limited. We opted to have breakfast included - it was OK but I was expecting a little bit more.
All in all, we had a very average yet decent stay. Not much to complain but not much to write home about either. Or maybe I'm just expecting too much of Macau in general.
Would we stay there again? Unfortunately, most likely not. For our purposes, we'll probably stay on the Macau side next time we're in town. And if we do need to stay on the Cotai side of things, we'll probably try the larger ****** hotels for the sake of ease of transportation and more dining options.
JJakarta SkyMy room at The Macau Roosevelt was a masterpiece of modern design with a touch of glamour, reflecting the unique aesthetic of the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design made my stay not just comfortable but truly indulgent.
CChung NingVery close to the outer ferry terminal, like 10-15 minutes walk. Quite a lot of bus routes to choose as well, pretty convenient location for traveler. Hotel has smoking and nonsmoking rooms. I chose smoking room (cause I do smoke), expecting the room might smells pretty bad but it was fine. I do recommend this hotel if you're a smoker and a traveler that not looking for a nice view from hotel but just convenient location.
CCarlitos TravelsIt's classical looking place, the amenities were good. However the service was poor, we asked to help us book a taxi from the ferry, they concierge told us there would be plenty of taxis at the ferry port, this was not true at all.
LLon SanRoom was spacious & very comfortable. Bathroom was also very big & spacious too. There was a huge bathtub & a separate shower room equipped with a rain shower which i appreciated very much. Very close to the Macau ferry terminal as well. Sands Macau is just across the road. Well worth the room price.
