Located at a very strategic location. The room is clean and all the staff are very friendly. Enjoy the stay here

Great location, beautiful rooms, and exceptional service. Mini bar is free. (Even a bottle of wine!) My parents even said they want to stay here again if they ever come to Macau again.

The location is excellent and very convenient to visit the tourists spots nearby. The staff are also very polite and friendly. Special thanks to the housekeeping department for the nice arrangement and introduction of the room facilities. Hotel residents are also welcome to view at the rooftop. Look forward to visiting the hotel again.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for 3 adults and 1 teen. First time in Macau. We were pleasantly surprised and very much impressed by the complimentary snacks and drinks which includes daily 2 bottled water, sprite, coke, non-gassy sweet bottled drink, beer and even a bottle of red wine! There is even coffee beans and coffee grinder for you to grind and make your own coffee! We did not drink the wine as not a wine drinker, neither did we bring it home cos find it a hassle to put into luggage. The staff is very friendly. The only inconvenience is that the hotel is located in a narrow lane and there is no proper hotel lobby where U can take taxi. We have to walk about 2 mins to go main road to catch a taxi. But other than that, hotel is clean and it is near the Ruins of St Paul and few other places. Best part is it is near Koi Kei bakery where I logged 2 giant bags of almond pastry snacks back home.

Fabulous! Felt like I am in a 5 stars hotel! The real heritage and very accurate in every detail. There's a soul in every item and design, fresh and modern facilities, lights mode of the room are so perfect and what I appreciate most is respect for history. The only thing to improve is to clean the outside side of the windows more often. Maybe I was unlucky after heavy rains. Cristal clear window with the views at beautiful Macau would be perfect.

The Hotel was beautiful and had a very Comfortable European Vibe to it. Service Staff were all very helpful - Special mention to Laney who helped us with our checkout.

We spent great time in this hotel， I love those classic furnitures with traditional style ，feels like back to the old time ，everything was perfect 🥰🥰🥰

Exceptional. This is a 2-star hotel that truly delivers 5-star service. It has friendly staff, exceptional facilities, and a great location. It is directly downtown, away from the leading casinos/attractions, but in the heart of the central historic district. The room was cozy but new, and the fixtures and construction were all new and top quality. The restaurant was also above standard! A landmark building itself, the renovation has been praised for its quality and contribution to the Macau historic preservation efforts- and at a quality well above what was expected. The rate was also exceptional compared to the other options I was looking at. Stay at a piece of Macau- and come back to visit! I certainly will!

First time here got a lot of surprises. The coffee drip set and the mini bar were such nice gestures. Lovely view as well

Central location, friendly and helpful staff, room #710 a little bit dark but clean and comfortable, will come back again.

Very great and new hotel at the center of the historic town. Staff is pro and friendly, room is brand new with an elegant touch. And you can make your own coffee with a manual grinder!!!!

The decor and ambiance of this hotel is amazing and authentic. The room was very good and the bed excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels I have stayed in !! I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Macau!
