Ho soggiornato in questo Relais dal 4 al 7 giugno, un posto incantevole sul Lago Maggiore. Il relais affaccia sul lago ed ha un parco meraviglioso, molto verde, dove in ogni angolo la proprietà ha saputo ricavare degli angoli meravigliosi tra Sauna, Sky Fitness, una splendida vasca jacuzzi e lettini per prendere il sole. Le camere sono arredante con cura, molto pulite, confortevoli, la nostra con una splendida vista lago. In questo posto ci si sente a casa. Consiglio di cenare al ristorante Tiffany del Relais, una splendida terrazza sul lago dove assaporare ottimi piatti e godere di un tramonto meraviglioso.

on paie , c'est une évidence le cadre et les jardins au bord du lac. ceci dit , les chambres sont , comment dire , à minima , avec dans mon cas , pas d'eau chaude le matin , c'est bien dommage quand même ....., à moins que l'on ne privilégie l'eau froide pour sa douche qui est d"ailleurs très étriquée. de plus , pour une junior suite , proximité de la route qui empêche de dormir le fenêtre ouverte. le cadre est magnifique et le bar au bord de l'eau sans équivalent dans le coin par contre , si je trouve l’hôtel moyen pour le prix , une note excellente au restaurant Tiffany , tant pour le qualité de le cuisine que pour le service.

Abbiamo acquistato tramite Groupon un soggiorno per una notte. È stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Il coupon comprendeva cena prima colazione e bottiglia di Prosecco. Cosa dire è stato tutto perfetto dal personale della.reception a tutto lo staff di sala. Cena abbondante e piatti veramente buoni, colazione degna di nota. Camera.pulitissima.con tutto il necessario compreso ciabatte da camera e accappatoio. La struttura è direttamente sul lago con spiaggia privata e una Jacuzzi con vista lago. La struttura è dotata di una sauna e un bellissimo giardino.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa pleine de charme et de romantisme nichée sur les rives du Lac Majeur. Nous tenons à remercier et à féliciter en particulier le personnel pour sa gentillesse et l'accueil qui nous a été réservé. Par contre nous aurions apprécié de pouvoir communiquer plus facilement en langue française, ce qui nous paraissait évident pour un établissement de cette catégorie, dommage. De plus, nous étions assez déçus de la cuisine en général ; non que la qualité ne soit pas au rendez-vous mais plutôt par l'empreinte très (trop) exotique que le (ou la) chef semble avoir voulu apporter à l'ensemble de ses plats, re-dommage. Raisons pour lesquelles nous avons apporté la note de 3/5.

Location super, vista lago mozzafiato. Personale di sala tra i più gentili che abbia incontrato. Camere molto molto belle con ogni confort. La reception unico piccolo neo, accoglienti ma poco attenti, questa vuole essere una critica costruttiva e non distruttiva, facendo lo stesso lavoro.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, beautiful gem, veryvery good breakfast and dinner. But pl try the La Rustica Pizzeria in Luino...the best pizza and pasta ever tasted!
