"Welcoming staff, attention to detail, beautiful gardens overlooking the lake maggiore, tidy rooms and attention to detail is what I would describe the property as. Every staff member including the management as well Lara get personally involved and are very welcoming and address all your concerns. We came as a family of 4 with my young kids and kids had a great time, with delicious breakfast, speed boat ride over glistening waters and jacuzzi time. "Stayed here for a few days as a family - 2 adults and one teenager. Great location, free parking space, awesome breakfast and very friendly staff. Can highly recommend this place. We booked the Suite Aurora for the 3 of us. The pull out sofa was comfortable for our son and the balcony was just awesome, only made better by the private whirlpool which we used a lot. The only thing I would change would maybe be the bed size, as it was quite a bit smaller than what we are used to. But this is just a recommendation and nothing which had a negative influence on our stay. Can absolutely recommend this beautiful hotel and hope we will be back one day."
