The hotel is amazing and the service is also! All the hotel's environments are very cool, the room and bathroom are spacious, comfortable and beautiful! Breakfast is wonderful, a delicious! The location is great, too, near the main points, staff are quite careful, excellent experience, I will surely come back more times!

Inicialmente, 20 minutos no check in pois o único atendente do momento estava flertando um dos hóspedes. Pela demora, muitos hóspedes chegaram a deixar bagagens na recepção e sairam para almoçar pois já eram quase 14h30. O hotel só disponibiliza 1 cartão chave, com o pretexto que quando dão dois ou mais, um desmagnetiza o outro. Algo que nunca me ocorreu em outros hotéis... O café da manhã foi bem variado e muito bom, o que me surpreendeu. O quarto estava aparentemente limpo, mas só aparentemente mesmo, pois fiz uma viagem a trabalho por um dia, ou seja, não fui a praia e o chão tava sujo de areia. ( meu quarto nao tinha vista pra praia e as janelas ficaram fechadas o tempo inteiro). Segundo o aviso atrás da porta, troca de roupa de cama apenas a cada três dias, o que me deixou receosa depois que notei a sujeira no chão. Não voltaria e não recomendo. Há hotéis melhores na mesma faixa de preço com melhor atendimento dos funcionários, mais limpo, com vista melhor e mais próximo da praia. Quarto pequeno mas ok. Banheiro: nada a reclamar. 3 estrelas pra ser generosa.

The hotel is very good, well in the centre of Pajuçara and it is very comfortable to do everything walking away. Clean the room ok, but they could use products that make it more smell. The staff who take care of this part are very careful and charismatic. Some reception staff are not even a little sympathetic and receptive, they need to learn to pay more attention and be more carismatic with the guests/tourists hosting the hotel. At the reception they could have at least one coffee for customers, but the only available coffee is paid and cost of +-R$3,50. They have a legal space and a jacuzzi on the terrace, but it costs us R$50 per hour for our surprise.

Atendimento excelente, café da manhã bem diversificado e boa gastronomia. Local super organizado. Porém teve duas situações onde eu me senti super desagradável com o local. A primeira foi que Gerente e recepcionista abriu a porta do meu quarto me pegando super desprevenida e me deixando no constrangimento tremendo. Motivo da entrada alegou que ia pegar uma cama onde estava no quarto e deslocar pra outro local, Bateram na porta por duas vezes e eu pedi identificação, sem responder abriram a porta sem minha autorização me pegando desprevenida, achei um absurdo. E como “desculpa” me deram apenas palavras pra minimizar tamanho constrangimento que literalmente nada justificou. Segunda situação, eu paguei por uma toalha extra, mas ao pagar NINGUÉM me informou que eu teria que ficar apenas 24h com ela no quarto. Esperam eu sair do quarto para entrarem sem minha autorização e pegar sem minha permissão. Ao retornar para o local, percebi que alguém havia entrado no meu quarto e mexido nas minhas coisas, confirmei com a gerente e ela mesmo me confirmou que teria entrado e recolhido. O correto seria passar a informação adequada para os hóspedes e não entrar sem autorização nos quartos e mexer em algo sem permissão. Achei a comunicação de funcionários para hóspedes com muitas falhas. Fora isso, a localização é muito boa perto de muito comércio, inclusive da orla, mas não é beira mar.

Reservation of 3 bedrooms done through a hotel booking site: when travelers of 3rd room arrived, reception could not find the 3rd room and was not very friendly when guests arrived without me (while name of one guest was indicated in the booking). Overall, hotel standards do not meet classification and price; it is decent, but not corresponding to the category and luxury displayed on official pictures (done by a very good photographer and most probably retouched). We booked rooms with seaview and I must admit view was stunning - only issue is that at night there are many powerful public lights in front of the hotel (to allow late beach volley, tennis, walking and caring for safety), while curtains are not wide enough (and in one room, one was even partially torn, while in another room a handle was missing). Bedding was very good and cleaning service as well. Shower is Italian style (which is good), but taps are outdated, water temperature was not always the same, and pipes hardly can swallow shower water. Rooms are confortable, but would also require refreshing decoration. Wardrobe has no door: only option not to expose something is to rent the safe, though it is not very big. Rooftop area is not as beautiful as it looks on official pictures: tinted windows at sea front probably reduce the warmth in the summer, but they definitely reduce the view impact (on top of not being super clean). ”Continental” breakfast is very decent and mostly regional, with quite a large selection of products including bread, sweet (fresh fruits and juices, bread, cereals, jam, regional pastries and yogourts) and salty (croque-monsieur, ham, cheese, mixed eggs, local dishes including sausages and cassava), with some changes from one day to the next. Beware when checking out: they tempt to add some snacks you would have taken from the minibar and request local tax even when you have paid them with your booking. Fortunately, they did not insist when we identified errors.

Hotel well located, suitable structure, clean and comfortable swab, tasteful food, good service. The values of the restaurant attached to the hotel are high, outside the reality of the region, the room is small, there is no pool in the hotel.
