O hotel tem uma excelente estrutura, quarto amplo e confortável e área de lazer beira mar. A localização é ótima, em frente á praia e no meio da cidade, dá para conhecer a cidade de uber sem gastar muito. Único ponto negativo foi a demora no atendimento do bar da piscina, os drinks ficavam muito tempo no balcão antes de chegar na mesa e chegavam aguados.

Foi uma estadia muito agradável. O pessoal é muito gentil,alimentação adequada,limpo e o quarto é muito confortável .Visual lindo! Faltou uma atividade mais interessante à noite. Outra coisa que precisa ser melhorada é o “spa”. A massagista é ótima,mas o fato da academia ser junto,tira todo o relaxamento. As divisórias são inadequadas

O hotel é muito bonito e confortável, mas o atendimento é muito ruim. Os funcionários dos bares e restaurantes não são prestativos, chegando a ser rudes em determinados momentos. A comida oferecida no regime de pensão do hotel não é lá essas coisas e não tem variedade. Pelo preço esperava bem mais. A animação infantil foi exceção, os animadores são muito bons e o espaço para brincadeiras também. Mas quando a gente viaja quer ter uma boa experiência, e não tive no hotel, não volto mais.

Esse hotel eh o meu favorito. Toda vez que visito o Brasil planejo minha estadia no hotel Jatiuca. Comida muito boa, boa localizacao, funcionarios educadissimos, muito limpo, servico de primeira classe. Estarei ai novamente em julho, mas agora com toda minha familia.

O local e a infraestrutura são espetaculares, as piscinas, os restaurantes, o quarto também são excelentes. As pessoas que atendem, prestam um excelente serviço e nos tratam com uma tremenda educação e respeito. Super recomendo esse resort.

Experiência incrível. Quarto, alimentação, piscinas, funcionários, avalio tudo de maneira bastante positiva. Minha família adorou a viagem. Como tenho filhos gemeos de 2 anos a proximidade do aeroporto tb facilitou bastante. Espero em breve retornar para uma nova estadia.

Já hospedamos diversas vezes no Jatiuca, entretanto desta vez ficamos muito decepcionados. Hotel está em franca decadência, instalações e mobiliarios antigos e gastos. Falta de manutenção, nos mínimos detalhes. A TV do apartamento é minúscula parecendo a tela de um computador. Falta de higiene no restaurante e fraca a qualidade da alimentação. É lamentável que o Jatiuca, tão bem localizado e com a beleza natural, esteja nessa situação.
