"Excellent service, very diversified breakfast and good gastronomy, super-organised location, but it had two situations where I felt super-displeasant with the location. The first was that the manager and receptionist opened the door of my room, picking me up super dismayed and leaving me in a tremendous consternation. The reason for the entry claimed that I was going to pick up a bed where I was in the room and move to another place, they hit the door twice and I asked for identification, without answering opened the door without my permission, I found it absurd. And as a "excuse" they gave me only words to minimize the size of a strange thing that literally did not justify; the second situation, I paid for a extra towel, but when I paid, no one told me I would have to stay with her only 24 hours in the room. They expect me to leave the room to get in without my permission and get it without my permission. When I returned to the place, I realized that someone had entered my room and moved in my things, I confirmed with the manager and she confirmed me that she had entered and collected. The right thing would be to pass the appropriate information to guests and not to enter without permission in the rooms and move something without permission. Apart from this, the location is very good near a lot of trade, even on the edge, but it is not the sea side."
