Fiz uma reserva no hotel vistamar para 01 casal e uma criança, chegando no hotel não tinha uma cama auxiliar para meu filho, o hotel simplesmente me respondeu que não poderia fazer nada. Tive que dormir 3 noite com meu filho na mesma cama. Achei uma falta de respeito e consideração ao cliente durante a estadia.

Hotel bom, porém precisa de reforma, fiquei hospedado no 7º andar e reparei que somente o 9º tinha sido reformado .. a porta do banheiro abre pro lado errado e pega no box do banheiro bem difícil a locomoção no banheiro Café da manhã top e atendimento dos funcionários excelente, somente a piscina que deixou a desejar pois vários dias fui até a piscina e estava lotado não tinha nem cadeira para sentar e não consegui aproveitar .. limpeza razoável pois nem os lixinhos do quarto a camareira tira . O barulho do ar condicionado ao lado da janela incomoda muito durante a noite . Elevador demora muito

Excelente hotel, bem localizado de frente para a praia de Pajucara. Quarto bem espaçoso, limpeza impecável, café da manhã bem variado, os quartos da frente tem varanda, e eu amava ficar a noite na varanda só olhando a movimentação da avenida. Recomendo.
