O hotel é muito bom os funcionários são excelentes, único ponto negativo é que colocaram o quarto no 6° andar porém o elevador só vai até o 5° andar, tivemos que subir escada p chegar no quarto

Llegamos de madrugada !!!! No estaba preparada la habitación que reserve . Estuve casin40 minutos para hacer el check in. No tenían lugar en el estacionamiento ni cubierto ni afuera tuvimos q dejar la camioneta en la calle no muy seguro. Los colchones de la habitación estaban con muchoooosssss años . Cuando realizó el check out t4nia que pagar el agua caliente, no tenían cambio para cobrarme me demoraron 30 minutos buscando para cobrar 5 reales de agua caliente . Lo único bueno el desayuno .

O melhor do hotel são os funcionários, principalmente Michel e Vitor, para vcs meus sinceros agradecimentos por toda atenção, cordialidade, simpatia e profissionalismo. A localização do hotel é excelente, tem algumas coisas para melhorar como as tomadas nem todas estavam pegando, mas, você ser bem atendida e estar no lugar limpo vale a pena

Hotel aconchegante mas que precisa melhorar alguns pontos como checkin. Houve um atraso de quase 1 hora para que tivéssemos acesso ao quarto. O café da manhã é muito repetitivo, sempre as mesmas proteínas, o quarto é aconchegante.
