Faltou luz e tive a mudar de hotel pq reclamei e não podia nem subir com as malas e filho e tive q fazer tudo sozinha . Não foram sinceros e quase 1 da manhã eles conseguiram me mandar para uma outro hotel que estava ciente mas ainda tive problemas pq queriam cobrar valores extras sendo que a problema era do outro hotel e que eles me encaminharam para poder conseguir dormir pois estava com uma criança de 6 anos . Lamentável

Tivemos alguns problemas durante a nossa hospedagem:
1- Reforma da garagem. Quando resolvemos escolher este hotel foi pelo fato de possuir garagem, tendo em vista que alugamos um carro para nos deslocarmos pela cidade. Chegando lá não tivemos acesso a garagem pq ela estava sendo reformada. Fomos orientados a deixar o carro na rua. Naquela região é praticamente impossível achar uma vaga para estacionar. Um transtorno enorme.
2- Fomos no mês de janeiro, estava extremamente quente. O hotel ficou sem luz três dias seguidos (nos dias em que estávamos lá) Pelo que percebemos era somente o hotel que estava sem luz (os demais prédios em volta tinham luz). No primeiro dia foi em torno de 4 horas sem luz no final do dia e avançando pela noite. Nos demais dias pela noite.

O forte do hotel é o restaurante. O café e os pratos a lá carte do restaurante são ótimos, porém me deparei com um cheiro de mofo que me incomodou bastante. Boa localização, cama muito confortável e chuveiro bom também, o atendimento dos funcionários foi ótimo. Outro problema foi a internet que não funcionou . Mas o maior problema foi o cheiro de mofo que tentaram melhorar com um aromatizante e ficou pior! Uma pena porque se não fosse isso, eu indicaria e voltaria.
