O hotel é bem localizado, estrutura compatível com a categoria (3 estrelas), quartos grandes, limpos e funcionais, enxoval bom. Há reformas nos quartos e hotel para modernização, mas não incomodou e entendemos que essas melhorias são necessárias Tem estacionamento (sem custo adicional), o café da manhã é bem servido. Um ponto de excelência do hotel são os funcionários, muito gentis, pessoais, equipe bem treinada, preocupam-se com cada detalhe.

Toda equipe muito receptiva, atenciosos, acolhedores!! Ambiente bem limpo, café da manhã muito bom!! Portaria 24hs com segurança toda noite. Fica bem pertinho a praia de pajucara. Está praia é ótima para banho com vários Bares e restaurantes na orla.

Só tive experiências positivas, funcionários excelentes com destaque a recepção e a limpeza de quarto (Josefa em especial), pois a mesma teve um ótimo cuidado com o nosso quarto e uma gentileza e carinho enorme com minha família!! Café da manhã é bom e tem uma grande variedade de comida, o entorno do hotel a noite pode assustar porém nada ocorreu na nossa estadia. Único ponto que deixo como "negativo" é a falta de um restaurante no hotel para o almoço ou jantar, mas não é um grande problema já que tem vários estabelecimentos próximos!!
