Friendly & helpful reception . Good & cause room . Free soft drinks ( water & cola) , coffee & tea. The room has to be cleaned better. The train station is close the hotel. 15 minutes by train to downtown of Brussels

Poor customer service. Room fridge and coffee maker not working. TV, many channels 'No Signal'. Reported to front desk, nothing done. Was told fridge goes off when room key removed from power switch, nonsense! Restaurant very expensive for what you get. For 18€ got a very strange Caesar salad, one massive crouton, chicken nuggets, no anchovies and little gem lettuce cut into quarters. Definitely style over substance. 4€ for a bottle of tap water.

Hotel lacking maintenance, room 626, fridge not working and coffee maker also not working. Many TV channels, 'NO SIGNAL'. Reported to front desk but nothing was done. Told me the fridge goes off when you remove the room key, nonsense. Really expensive food and a case of style over substance. 18 euros for a Caesar salad, strangest Caesar salad I've ever had, served on one massive crouton, little gem lettuce cut into quarters, chicken nuggets and no anchovies. 4 euros for a bottle of tap water.

Très bon hôtel pour passer une nuit avant de prendre un vol au départ de Bruxelles. Très bon accueil, une chambre très propre et assez spacieuse pour 3 personnes ( prévoir un supplément de 25 euros pour le lit supplémentaire) Nous avions choisi une offre park and fly, ce qui est très pratique mais le parking proposé dans cette offre ne se trouve pas à l'hôtel mais à environ 15 mns à pied. Un transfert en taxi pour l'aéroport peut être organisé par l'hôtel au prix de 15 euros ou un système de navette à 6 euros par personne. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le bon pour un verre de vin ou bière ou soft au bar de l'hôtel. C'est un hôtel que je recommande.
