We've stayed there twice in the last two mnths(7 nites total) but will not again. Too many areas need attention. Torn screen to balcony made leaving door wall open impossible bc of spring bugs. Paid for lake view balcony room but couldnt even enjoy fresh air bc screen ripped so badly. Sheets had stains, had to request second set. Sticky, unclean surface on nightstand, sofa bed stained, toilet tissue the absolute worse I've seen anywhere..gas stations have better..take your own. Coffee in "brkfst area" weak weak weak. Employees at front desk very nice and the location is great. Property could be wonderful if some money was invested to repair and update.

We booked a 3 night stay, but left early. The room was musty and stuffy, but we still gave it a chance because of the location. However, after the first night I noticed some red marks on my legs, but didn't think anything of it until the second night when I had several red marks. I knew it was bed bugs! I have never experienced bed bugs, and don't want to ever again! We left early. So gross....bed bugs!!!

At check in, it was obvious the clerk did not want to be there. He had a script memorized, and the longer he spoke, the faster he spoke and the more quiet he spoke. When he finished his script, he abruptly turned and walked away. Later, I walked back to the lobby to see if I could find hot water to make a cup of tea (i can't remember another BW room that did not have a microwave). I was able to find the hot water and a tea bag and made a cup of tea. I had noticed a refrigerator on the floor behind the counter and asked a lady behind the counter if I might get a bit of milk to put in the tea. The response was, "Oh, my Lord no! I can't give you none of dat milk over dere! You must use de creamer or half-and-half".

Staff was friendly to our family. Very outdated with thin walls. Do not recommend for handicap with the breakfast being above the office you have to walk outside to get to and only 1 elevator.

I do not recommend staying in their courtyard king room. Looks nothing like pictured. Room was dirty and room has so much moisture that it has a dehumidifier that you have to empty every couple of hours. On the wall near the jacuzzi tub you can see the moldy wall from the old tub. The only staff we had interaction with was the night shift attendant when we checked in. And she was very nice.

Was not able to use the pool or the hot tub the pool and hot tub was shocked and it was burning every one’s eyes and r the front desk staff wasn’t very accommodating.

Other than the screen in the master room being torn and the cabinet that housed the fridge were severely scratched/ripped/damaged, it was a great room. The room looked over the lake and my friends and I were able to watch ferries throughout the day from our private balcony. The customer service was great checking-in and checking-out as well as being very prompt with getting us extra towels within minutes after we called for them. Our proximity to the StarLine Ferry was great, as well as the distance from the store district/restaurants. Pool was open until midnight which was very nice for us to do our late night swim when we arrived to the hotel later in the evening/night. Overall it was a great experience and I would book this hotel again,

The room itself was nice, clean and comfortable. The heater made noise if you turned it up to a higher temperature. Breakfast was only until 9am, but that might of been because it was still the off season. Never heard of a hotel with no microwave in the room, especially a higher end hotel like this.

There were stains, hair, and bugs on our sheets and when first walked in there was a industrial fan left in the room and crumbs on our TV guide. The staff seemed annoyed with me and I was just tire of the entire thing this was a spur of the moment get away with my wife and we ended up getting a different hotel.
