Everything was good, I had a room upstairs with a balcony, which I liked. The only thing the room didn’t have was a microwave, which I found downstairs in the lobby. I do wish the outlets were closer to the bed.

We loved our stay in this nice and cosy hotel. Lots of places to sit ouside. Clean room on upper deck. The breakfast was ok. Also very helpful manager. Thank you it was a pleasant stay.

In the 60 years I've been coming to Mackinaw city, this staff and location is my favorite, especially room 119 .

the room was moldy- the bed was almost on the floor- there was no microwave- there were no electrical outlets- had to unplug the refrigerator to plug in the coffee pot-the vent in the bathroom blew heat and the shower temp would not stabilize- add in the price was highly inflated over what the Knights Inn is now advertising- there was no maid service while we were out

Air conditioner was loud. Was not on when I checked in and the window was open but it’s too noisy outside and too warm to keep it open.
