The hotel was NOT ready to open! We walked in the room, lights were not plugged in, water was off, TV didn't work "no Signal", it was a cold day temps 40s heater was not plugged in very cold in the room, phone was also not plugged in. Also no breakfast in the morning, old coffee tasted like it was brew the day before. I was told they just opened up for the season, I didn't know I was responsible for turning on everything. I talked to the manager he said there having an issue with getting breakfast, I asked for a discount he said I had a great rate he couldn't discount my room any more.

Well were to start.... the front desk registered other people to our room and as we were sitting in there some other couple came walking in. There was a hole in the wall.... dodnt seem like there was any sound proofing in the room anywhere we could listen to conversations in the next room and had to listen to the washer in the laundry room next door anytime it went into spin mode. I will say the beds were clean and comfy.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean! The house keepers take good care of the inner & outter grounds!! Good job staff! Our family stayed 2 nights and loved it. You could walk across the street to the park and see a great view to the bridge.

The toliet would run constantly after use. Unless you spent 10 minutes jiggling the handle. The shower/tub wouldn’t drain adequately. So you would be in standing water by the end of the shower.

The view of the mackinaw bridge, it beautiful the lakes beachfront this is a place to be if your looking to relax Bridgeview maybe old it could use some remodeling, but otherwise wonderful place to be.

We very disappointed on the front desk the white lady w dirty blonde has very bad attitudes to us that we askin to make more coffee she has no respect n workin on paperwork umm ppls waiting for get fresh coffee so wanna her out of that job. She not good worker

It was dirty, the sheets had holes in them and there were things left on the ground. Dust galore. There’s a window in the side bedroom that you can look out and see garbage. There was a hole in the bathroom flooring. The lights are very dim.
