Hotels near Warren Community Center in Macomb County

This is my new favorite hotel in every city I go for business. Rooms have everything you need. Bathrooms are brand new and perfectly clean. Beds are super comfortable.

I have been staying here at Red Roof Inn in Warren on 696 and Dept for an extended amount of time. Clean rooms and friendly and understanding staff, front desk is also very helpful and friendly. Would recommend for anyone that needs extended stay or just for travel

Made reservations with choice hotel as a preferred member. Placed my credit card for the hold of the room only 5 day stay 2 queen size beds. The card I placed for a hold of the Room was charged at 7 am way before check in at 3 pm, of which I advised the staff I would be doing a late check in . Got to the hotel at 8 pm I told the staff my card was charged the young lady was nice and understanding . She has empathy how I felt with my card being charged ahead of time traveling on the road . She was nice ! Opened the door for my room I had one bed . Someone had changed my reservations. So they charged my card ahead of time without consent then change my reservation. I was upset . Spoke with the GM she said that she charged the card that’s what she do at her hotel for weekends . She was not compassionate , she appeared to say it candidly , nonchalant and unprofessional. Oh well I charged your card and gave you any kind of room . We can charge your room tomorrow to a double . Heck no ma’am I have re cleaned the room . I’m ok ! The room I had smelled musty and smoky. The shower had hair in it . Sheets on the bed was not very clean hair and stain on the sheets . I went to Walmart purchased new sheets for the bed . This hotel rooms families for greater than 30 days and have been considered a full living quarters. Ppl standing outside all day all night . Hallway smells ! Please beware when making reservations ahead of time at this establishment. Your card will be charged if that’s not the card you want charged don’t use it . Management sucks !!!

The size of the room and the offered amenities within it (stove, fridge, kitchen towels, etc) were wonderful. However, the couch cushions had debris and dog hair on them. In the corners and along the baseboards in the room and in the hallway, there was debris and dust. When you allow dogs to stay at your hotel or have made renovations, you have to increase the cleaning effort. And there waa staff assigned to the front desk; however if the staff had to step away, there was no way to alert them of your presence. Not even a simple bell. The staff was extremely friendly, I just needed to figure out how to let them know that I arrived abd required assistance.

It's one of the best hotels in Troy. The breakfast was delicious. I think other facilities and services are above average.

Breakfast is general, bread, cereal, milk and the like. The location is on the roadside, there are no commercial outlets around, but this is not a problem. Within a few kilometers of driving, there are more shopping malls. There is a parking lot. The hotel is relatively simple and has no place for children to play.

Our family would like to thank the staff at this location. We went for a family members wedding and enjoyed our entire stay. This hotel has exceptional staff who maintain the entire premises and work so hard , the hotel is extremely clean and modern with beautiful fixtures , starting with the rooms, as a parent it was important to us to be sure that our kids were sleeping somewhere clean and safe. This hotel surpassed our expectations. The lobby seating area is just really pretty and huge , the breakfast is great , Truly loved the egg white omelette btw - thank you Vivian who was there the first morning , she made sure our needs were met and continued to clean and refill the breakfast being served there was never a shortage and offered a variety of options for breakfast . The location is very convenient , there are so many shops around. This will always be our go to hotel when we are visiting Michigan , due to the lovely staff and how well they maintain this entire hotel including their friendly services . The hotel is great. There is also a free parking space. Breakfast is OK. Is the location far from the airport
