Service was pretty slow when we got there Thursday night. It wasn’t our waitress fault. Not very organized and kitchen seemed slow.
The next morning we had to pay for breakfast. $15.99 for breakfast that is usually included in your stay.
We only booked for one night because we had a grandson in a wrestling tournament and didn’t know if we would need two nights. I wish I had booked the second night with trip. Com and I didn’t because we were right there at the convention center and I walked back over and ask to get our same room for one more night. We got it for almost double the price of the first night and still had to pay for breakfast.

There was a long line at check in, apparently because part of the system was not working. There was a fan/vent in the shower caked with dust. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The shower didn’t get hot enough. Housekeeping was knocking and tried to enter my room at 9AM while I was getting ready. I thought Marriott would be better than this.

This hotel is DISGUSTING. It is filthy from top to bottom. Look at the pictures of the air vent in the room and the vent in the bathroom. The door to the room was broken and wouldn’t close. The grout in the bathroom is disgusting and disintegrating.

The rooms were comfortable and the temperature was fine. The hotel room bathrooms could use an upgrade and deep cleaning. There was hair on the floor. The breakfast experience was the best past of my stay. My server, Artavia was a breath of fresh air!

Lafaye who works at the in house Starbucks was awesome!! She went above & beyond to help us and answered our questions about the area!! Lafaye is an outstanding employee!! Ask for her to make your coffee-her caramel macchiato is the best we’ve ever had!!

Lili was very welcoming! Made my day seeing her smile! Very hard working! She’s a 10/10 and that’s not just talking about her work ethic, I’ve also factored in her looks! I guess this entry needs 200 minimum characters. I may be a sales guy but sometimes little word does trick

When we checked in a well-dressed gentleman wearing glasses greeted us warmly. While opening the door he said Merry Christmas and please come in to the warmth of the Marriott hotel. I mentioned earlier how having a Christmas stocking hanging on our door knob of our guestroom while we checked in exceeded our expectations.

I have stayed here a dozen times but I will never stay here again. The night shift tin badge security guard is on a power trip.
