"Stayed here for two weekday nights. The staff members at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room cleanliness left something to be desired. The surfaces had sticky patches, bedside table had hair on it, and the shower had some else’s personal hair in it (I found 3). Notified the hotel via the app and text (they texted me daily to check on things). No one ever came to the room or returned my chat/text. After I completed a survey sent to me by Hilton, the manager emailed me. Felt a little too late in my opinion. On day 2 I picked up sanitizing wipes and gloves so I could clean (fortunate as they didn’t ever send housekeeping to my room). Would consider staying again but would pack Lysol or Clorox wipes."

"The people are very nice, place clean, but the room phone is disconnected, bathroom out of bath soap and hair conditioner and lotion. I’m not first time in this hotel we don’t like the new breakfast they serving now."

"The bed in the room had a dent, so I didn't sleep well all night. The toilet paper in the bathroom wasn't new; it looked like it had been used. Breakfast was very simple; when I went on August 3rd, there was practically nothing left. Only coffee and a few slices of bread. It seemed like there was only one receptionist in the entire hotel; I didn't see anyone else. I couldn't find anyone to check out either. The worst motel I've ever stayed in."

"Service was pretty slow when we got there Thursday night. It wasn’t our waitress fault. Not very organized and kitchen seemed slow. The next morning we had to pay for breakfast. $15.99 for breakfast that is usually included in your stay. We only booked for one night because we had a grandson in a wrestling tournament and didn’t know if we would need two nights. I wish I had booked the second night with trip. Com and I didn’t because we were right there at the convention center and I walked back over and ask to get our same room for one more night. We got it for almost double the price of the first night and still had to pay for breakfast."

"The office staff were very helpful and polite. They made sure to be of great assistance with whatever I needed. The location is phenomenal. Shopping near by, eating right across the street and near by. I had no issues with other guests or disturbances. I would highly recommend Americas Best Value Inn to anyone."
