It was a bit hard to find as there is no signage or hotel name. Please look for a black wooden door, building #14 next to a restaurant. Very convenient for city walk. Spacious apartment with an actual bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The bathroom inside the bedroom may smell a bit as it was not airy, but not a big deal. There is a fridge, kitchen bar and cutlery and washing machine. Sofa bed was not comfortable because of its mattress and frame. The staff was super friendly and lively, with fluent English.

First of all, the front desk is only open until 18 o'clock. After that, anyone arriving at the store must contact them in advance to obtain the password and method for opening the door. Chinese people may assign them to the lowest floor. The room is very dirty and there is almost no cleaning. The location is not bad, but the streets are messy and I feel unsafe. And it's very noisy. The curtains are translucent and you have to close the wooden windows. It's not clean overall and I won't stay here again.

I have stayed in hotel apartments in France, Germany, and Italy, but this one in Madrid is the best experience for me! The room decoration is simple and warm, very clean, and fully equipped with household equipment (kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave). The front desk staff was very cheerful and enthusiastic, and even helped me book a flamingo performance. The hotel is in an excellent location, in the bustling commercial street, just a two-minute walk from the subway station. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Madrid.
