"The reception is unavailable until 9 am, because we arrive really early in the morning, the hotel does not respond via call or message, so we have placed it for three hours for someone to open the hotel door for us. The hotel is clean, there is a hot water kettle in the common room, and the location is convenient. It is really annoying that luggage storage costs €2 for a small locker, which we think is unacceptable because we have already paid a lot for the accommodation and they still don’t provide free luggage storage service."

"The hotel is new and nice with a perfect location. The breakfast is very good, and the rooftop pool area is a wonderful oasis. It's a shame that everything has to be ordered via a QR code; it took a long time to get drinks delivered to the rooftop. The room is nice and comfortable, with one exception: the pillows on the bed are uncomfortable to sleep on."

The process took a long time but I have to admit that the girl who helped us on the phone was very attentive and it seems that the error is on the part of the booking platform. The room is simple but with everything you need and clean. Without much noise, although it is true that you can hear everything because the doors do not insulate very well."

"Europe is becoming increasingly unaffordable. This place costs over 1000 euros with no breakfast included. The worst part is that it's not a hotel, more like a guesthouse. There's no front desk; you get in with a password. This wasn't mentioned at all during booking. They sent an email in Spanish, which I completely missed. Ctrip's service is truly unsatisfactory. Finally, I discovered the problem right before departure, and the order couldn't be refunded. Ctrip couldn't solve anything; I had to reply to the email and fill out a form to apply for check-in myself. Each order required a separate form. Even after receiving the password, it still didn't work at 10 AM because my flight was early. I stood at the hotel entrance for ten minutes, knocking until a Latina cleaning lady who didn't speak English opened the door. It was a complete mess. The only good thing is the convenient transportation; there's a subway and bus stop right outside."
