Perfect location in the heart of Madrid. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
The room was very clean. The staff was very nice with perfect English at checkin.

I have just stayed in this property in the part used as an apartment (part is a hostel), a very central structure, a stone's throw from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Major. We chose a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. There was also a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Spaces not huge but very functional. Our apartment was on 2 levels and everyone's privacy was guaranteed. Cleanliness was adequate. Reception open 24 hours a day. Recommended

Central. The location is unbeatable. Economical, very comfortable beds, friendliness of the staff, very complete apartment. Well-appointed. No street noise. There is a portion of shared rooms, which I cannot comment on since we stayed in a three-bedroom apartment.
