Hotels in Aravaca, Madrid

Very nice hotel! Super friendly, customer-friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Nice room with good bed. And, very important to me, very quiet: no noise pollution from outside or from the other rooms! Also great: no music anywhere, not at the reception and not in the breakfast room. A bit far from the city, but bus 161 stops in front of the door (buy a public transport card from a machine in a station and load 10 journeys on it. NB in Madrid you do not pay per distance/time, but per journey and transfers are often necessary). A few points for improvement: - the restaurant turned out not to be open for lunch and dinner in the winter season, which was not mentioned when buying a room. Not neat. Room service with very limited and quite expensive options. Disappointing. - the fruit at breakfast was not ripe so not edible. - the older receptionist at check-out was rude. Answered a phone call and while talking to the other person he arranged my business. He said nothing to me. A letdown because the real receptionists were so friendly and polite. All in all a hotel I will definitely return to: very customer friendly and quiet!

The location is very good, right in the middle of the Outlets and the airport, the most convenient for tourists who rent a car, put the last day in Spain to live here. Drive to Outlet for 15 minutes. After shopping, you can safely park your car in the garage downstairs. The next day you can have enough time to drive to the airport to return home. The dining environment is very good and the breakfast is slightly simple.

The apartment is fine but it has a lot of mosquitoes.

The sanitation and environment are very good, clean and tidy, the facilities are very new, check in online in advance, check in and check out with the self-service machine. ❗️❗️❗️ There is basically no service. I have a large open room for the suite. I can’t contact the hotel at all. I can’t communicate at night. Trip.com The customer service is very active in handling the problem. I temporarily arranged another room for me, otherwise it was very inconvenient. Ok, there is a blocking component.

Staying a night in central Madrid for just over 300 (yuan) was such a steal! It's literally a two-minute walk from Puerta del Sol, which is incredibly convenient. The environment is pretty good, definitely better than a hostel, and the price is just unbeatable.

The location of the hotel is very good. It only takes 2 minutes to walk to Dayangmen Subway Station. The room is neat and clean, with a small refrigerator. The only drawback is that the hair dryer in the room is broken. It was already early in the morning when I found it, so I didn't go to the front desk.

It's right in front of Sol Square, so it's quite accessible. However, it's a bit noisy, but I don't know because I fell asleep while traveling so hard.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on Puerta del Sol. It's only a 2-3 minute walk from the Sol metro/train station. The entrance is a bit hard to find; follow the navigation, and once inside, take the elevator on the right to the third floor. The surrounding area is lively, a popular tourist spot, but it calms down nicely at night after the tourists leave. Shopping and dining are very convenient, and it's within walking distance of the Royal Palace of Madrid, Plaza Mayor, and San Miguel Market. The hotel is newly renovated but has no lingering renovation smell. The facilities and amenities are all excellent, clean, and comfortable—it was my favorite hotel during this trip to Spain. They even leave a chocolate on your pillow every day, which is a very sweet touch. The front desk staff are also great, always greeting you. Check-in comes with a non-alcoholic welcome drink, which is a thoughtful gesture. P.S. I wonder if it's because it's called 'Prince's Inn' that all the front desk staff are male? 🤔

We arrived at the hotel very early, but the hotel needed to hand in the room at 3 pm, but the front desk clerk was very helpful in helping us store our luggage, and pointed to us that we can use the hotel lobby to wash the mobile phone and simply wash and change clothes, although the bathroom is a bit small and simple! There is a room at two o'clock in the afternoon, the whole is OK! Booked a triple room, but gave 4 beds! The room does not provide slippers, others are OK!
