Air conditioning is strong and the temperature is comfortable. Luggage storage is 3 euros. When it got crowded the wait for reception was long. It is possible to borrow a hairdryer with passport as deposit. Overall a decent stay with fair price.

Very loud after midnight and hostel doesn’t keep its own rules!! Also it’s very hot in the room as we closed the windows cause our room faces the road side which is very loud. The two staff working in the evening shift didn’t allow to turn on ac and explained that it’s not summer anymore and that other guests will ask for more blankets which is problematic . I don’t buy this excuse and when I booked in trip.com it literally said the room has AC! My assumption is that the hostel wants to save on electricity and doesn’t care about the guests at all! They care only about money. I have to mention that right after I gave up on trying asking—＞ the staff switched to talking in Spanish while I was still there which felt not nice and gave me the vibe that it was about my request.otherwise location is good. Thanks but no thanks!

I booked a boys room but there was no availability when arrived so I got in a mixed one. No big deal, the receptionist was very kind.

I would rather sleep on the street than stay here, where the staff doesn’t even know how to talk to a student. Emails are ignored and nobody cares about you.
