I heavily researched quiet and dark hotel rooms becauseI have a chronic illness that requires me to need proper sleep, and Hotel Europa has very nice dark & quiet rooms. I spoke with someone at Hotel Europa one month in advance who assured me they could accommodate a quiet room for me. Upon my arrival from the U.S. I specifically asked for a quiet room for those reasons and paid for 2 nights for 24 hours due to my arrival times which is understandable and fair. The friendly host assured me that my room was quiet. He would have been accurate if there wasn’t construction happening at 8am in the adjacent room. The clerk downstairs did not make the construction stop after I came downstairs to complain. To make matters worse the construction crew knocked out the power and the emergency lights were on in the room making sleep absolutely impossible. The manager that I spoke with at checkout was semi-dismissive of me saying that the construction workers were not allowed to work before 10am and therefore didn’t seem to believe me, despite the desk clerk confirming my complaint at 9am. I believe this is poor integrity. The manager was not apologetic and a bit rude.

Centralissimo hotel in zona pedonale, letteralmente a due passi da Puerta del Sol, punto nevralgico di Madrid. Noi abbiamo prenotato una camera standard, ed aveva una vista parziale sulla piazza, ma si può scegliere con supplemento anche la camera con vista completa. La camera ha una buona dimensione, è dotata di riscaldamento/ aria condizionata, TV, cassaforte,frigobar, asciugacapelli e alcuni prodotti da bagno. Avrei preferito nel letto il classico piumone, più pratico e moderno rispetto alla coperta, che comunque era molto pulita. Noi non avevamo la colazione inclusa nella tariffa, ma c'è comunque la possibilità di farla a la carte oppure a buffet, nella loro caffetteria al piano terra, che ha anche dei tavolini all'aperto. Personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile , buono anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo!

Hotel al centro di Madrid unico Da provare assolutamente L’hotel è pulito organizzato camere grandi e pulite Bagno grande e doccia unica Asciugamani per tutti mancano le cuffie per i capelli ma completo tutto il resto Pulito balcone proprio sulla piazza

I LOVE this hotel! This was my 2nd stay at the Hotel Europa. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. Everyone speaks English which makes it easier. The rooms are great and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms are amazing- the best I have had in Europe. This is a top notch boutique style hotel in a fantastic location right off the Puerto Del Sol square.

Super central hotel, we got a room with the most beautiful view of the Plaza del Sol. Very clean and spacious. Everything excellent. Super attentive staff. Many restaurants, shops very close

You cannot beat the location. This hotel is in the middle of everything and walking distance to anywhere you want to go. Very clean, and the outdoor seating/bar service was ideal for people watching. We would definitely stay there again. Front desk staff was very accommodating.
