The hotel's location is superb, in the most convenient part of Madrid. Transportation is incredibly easy. Downstairs, you're right in the heart of the bustling area, and a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket is just a minute's walk away, which is incredibly convenient. They also have a 24-hour front desk. Although the bathrooms are shared, there are several on each floor, so it's not really an issue. The room itself is very spacious. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Facilities: For the price in Spain, this hotel offers great value for money. I've stayed here twice, and both experiences were excellent. The location is fantastic, right next to El Corte Inglés, and Argüelles metro station is just around the corner. The concierge and front desk staff were all very kind and gentlemanly. The room was also spacious and comfortable. I had emailed them from China asking if they could store my luggage, and they responded very promptly. Luggage storage costs €10 per piece per day.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Atocha station, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's also just a 20-minute walk to Puerta del Sol. However, the hotel itself is pretty average. The rooms have poor soundproofing and are quite noisy facing the main road. Breakfast at 14 Euros was decent, so overall, it offers reasonable value for money.

Extremely noisy, the soundproofing is terrible. If you're not a very heavy sleeper, be warned. I'm usually someone who wouldn't wake up even during a thunderstorm, but I stayed here for two nights and woke up once or twice each night. There were always people talking loudly in the hallway, and because the soundproofing was so bad, it felt like they were talking right next to my ear even with earplugs on.

Facilities: The hotel's decor is relatively new. Cleanliness: Poor ventilation; if you're particular about this, choose carefully. Environment: Average, just looks nice. Service: The front desk staff are friendly and have good problem-solving skills. (Important things said three times) It's also possible that the room type I was given was unsuitable.

I stayed here for 3 nights in a row and highly recommend it to others for a few reasons: 1. **Fantastic Location for Transport**: It's incredibly close to the metro. Seriously, no exaggeration – you exit the Plaza de España station (line 10), take the 'Princesa' exit, and the hotel entrance is literally just 20 meters away. Super convenient! 2. **Excellent for Shopping & Sightseeing**: The hotel is situated at one end of Gran Via, making it super easy to explore. You can then hop on the free 001 bus to get back. It's also very close to the Royal Palace of Madrid, about a 10-minute walk. Within a 300-meter radius, you'll find plenty of restaurants, Chinese eateries, and a Dia supermarket. Right downstairs is Plaza de España, featuring statues of Cervantes, Don Quixote, and Sancho Panza. 3. **Great Amenities & Cleanliness**: The hotel is very well-maintained, clean, and spacious. You get free access to the rooftop bar, and the breakfast selection is extensive – truly the best hotel breakfast I've had in Spain. The hotel even boasts a rooftop pool, perfect for some stylish photos! The only slight difference I noticed was the elevator system; after swiping your room card and selecting your floor, the system tells you which specific elevator to wait for. It felt a bit unusual at first, but you quickly get used to it after a few uses. 4. **Excellent Service**: The hotel staff provides great service, especially the doorman. He always greeted me and chatted, creating a really pleasant atmosphere that I enjoyed very much.

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the subway, but the hotel is not easy to find, and the service desk is set on the seventh floor, the elevator has one, waiting for a long time... The room is still good, there is a small balcony, suitable for smokers. This must be a compliment! But the room did not have a bath towel... no disposable toothbrush, the toilet is very close to the bed, the room is relatively small, and it is enough to live for one day to two days. And the price is also relatively cheap when I book a hotel. By the way, the thermostat is fake! ! ! Friend for short trips

The room was really spacious, and the front desk service was absolutely amazing! Even though my English isn't great, the white guy at the front desk was so handsome and patient! This is a really friendly hotel for Chinese guests! He kept emphasizing how good the breakfast was, and he was right! The breakfast here was the best we had in Madrid! No need to queue for churros – they have them right here at the hotel!!! Super delicious! The hotel is also close to all the attractions and feels very safe. Everyone is so welcoming!

The location of the hotel is perfect in the center of gran via where you can enjoy all the shopping u want, the staff were very helpful and friendly, my husband and I enjoyed our stay there ,the only issue was the outside noise but it wasn’t that much of a problem with us.

The hotel's location is excellent; all the attractions are within walking distance. Atocha train station is also just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel environment is great, and the staff are friendly. After staying for one night, we drove to Southern Spain, and on our return, we didn't hesitate to book this hotel again. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Madrid.
