The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid. Check-in was swift and efficient, with great service from Daniel, which set a positive tone upon arrival. Check-out was also smooth and well handled. The breakfast area and service were good but could use some improvement, both in organization and attentiveness. Concierge service was good. All front desk staff, bellboys, and door staff were excellent. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the condition of the room/bathroom. Housekeeping services and room cleanliness were extremely poor, to the point that it ruined what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for me and my family and one of the main reasons we choose 5-star hotels, and in this regard, the hotel fell far short of expectations. This was particularly disappointing given that we had communicated with the hotel prior to check-in, yet the issue was not addressed despite the repeated and daily requests! I will not go into details nor post pictures out of respect, and just I hope that the hotel will pay attention to this. While some departments clearly made an effort, the lack of basic room cleanliness overshadowed those positives and ultimately defined the experience.

We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Madrid–Prado! The front desk service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants. Convenient taxi access right to the entrance. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Definitely a 4-star hotel with 5-star service. Highly recommended!

The location is super good. It is very close to Puerta del Sol and Mayor Square. It is also very convenient to take the subway. There is a supermarket next to it. It is convenient to buy. The suite is large in size, suitable for a family, and you can cook. There is a construction site outside, it will be noisy during the day.

Ubicación excelente en el centro de Madrid, la habitación daba a la calle trasera que es mas tranquila que la Gran Via. Recepción y pasillos limpios, así como la habitación. El baño y la habitación muy nuevos y modernos. La cama un poco corta (sin ser personas altas), la calefacción funciona perfectamente. Muy buen trato por parte del personal y el servicio de limpieza de la habitación.

The location is general, the work is convenient to book this hotel, the facilities are better, clean and hygienic, the service attitude is warm, it is convenient to go out for a taxi, the next time you will book this hotel again, the overall satisfaction.

The room was very small, 9 square meters for 2 beds, and 2 suitcases could not be walked. The wifi and signal in the room are very poor and cannot be connected to the Internet. Skin contact sheets will itchy. Even the guest house is not as good in China, the price is too low, this store is not recommended.

Economic and basic pension The only saving is certainly its location, at 180 MTS of Gran Vía etc It is a pension that is on floor 4 , has lift but not until the floor , you have to climb stairs ( 1/2 floor ) I recommend looking at the photos well as you have about 97 on the web that you go out are unrealistic , the room you touched me is elemental, the photos are something misleading and so they have so many ( play a little bit in the spot) I only recommend it for a night's economic stay

Everything was nice. Welcome people, clean room and budget. Hosted near the center of Madrid. There is not only the registration counter, but it is not a problem, close to register.
