Great
GGuest UserThe SuperB room I stayed in for a week was spacious and nice, but did it have a courtyard view? Garden views should be avoided at all costs. The sound of the restaurant setting up early in the morning woke me up with a clatter and clang, and I woke up at 6 a.m., and in the evening, I slept wrong until 12 o'clock every night because of the sound of music... .It would have been perfect if it weren’t for this… I recommend changing that window to a soundproof window.
The hotel itself was nicely done.

Great
MM3508****The place was spotlessly clean; even the closets were immaculate. All essential amenities were provided, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. The suite itself was incredibly comfortable and spacious, boasting six balconies in total – three in the living room, two in one bedroom, and one in the other. Despite being in a bustling city center, the soundproofing was excellent. Both adults and children unanimously declared it the most satisfying hotel they've ever stayed in! Plus, it's incredibly convenient: located right by Metro Art Station, the hotel's main entrance is literally just a ten-step walk from the subway exit!

Great
GGuest UserEverything was on point. I booked a single room but got upgraded to executive for no additional charges. The staffs were calm and polite. My check in was done by Jorge. He is Extremely humble and kind and so i thought of giving him a mention here.
Location is good. Within 2mins walk is the metro and bus stations.
I asked them for iron and some green tea bags as i finished the ones in the room. Their service is good, everything was provided instantly.
NNo sugar ,but coffeeThe room was clean and tidy. The breakfast spread was extensive, with options catering to Chinese palates, including local fried dough sticks (youtiao) and dumplings, all of which tasted great. There was also a wide selection of fresh fruit. The only minor downside was the typical European hotel amenity setup – no complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers provided in the room. The location is also excellent, right next to Retiro Park and the Prado Museum.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is just wonderful! It’s close to the train station. And it just takes 10-15 min by car to major tourist spots. We have booked 5 rooms for our families. The rooms are clean. But the bed room is relatively small as compared to the size of the bathrooms. The staff are generally friendly. However, there are times when we can’t get the support we need. For example, some of our rooms don’t have bottled water and the staff asked us to pay to buy water. But for some other rooms, there are complimentary bottles of water.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was pretty good; they even gave us a free room upgrade! It was the biggest bed we've slept in during our entire trip in Spain!!! However, the shelf in the bathroom felt like it was going to fall during a shower, it wasn't very stable!!! The most important thing was, when we were about to check out, we found a super, unbelievably huge cockroach right at the door!!!!!!!!!!!! That was terrifying!!!!!!!!!! But honestly, it was really good otherwise, they provided 2 bottles of water, and all the amenities like an iron were available!
AAnonymous UserTen minutes walk from Atocha Railway Station, it doesn't matter if you arrive late, you can check in by yourself. The indoor facilities are complete, the kitchen utensils are complete, and the air conditioning and heating are very comfortable. It is recommended to stay for many people.
GGuest UserThe location is superb. It is within walking distance of the main attractions in Madrid. The bus station and subway station are also nearby.
The quality of breakfast is OK, but it is basically the same every day. There is only one staff member in the busiest time in the morning, so the omelette pan is a mess, the fried dough sticks are not served in time, and the coffee pot is not provided in time.
The room facilities are very average, the kettle is a bit dirty, and the hot and cold water in the shower is difficult to control.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe apartment was hugely overpriced.
The location is nowhere near the plush area of Retiro as suggested by the apartment description.
The apartments are tiny with no natural light. They are very dark and depressing.
The water takes a long long time to heat up.
There has been money wasted on fancy bathroom sinks and wooden floors when comfort should be the number one priority.
The beds are really terrible and really hard. I developed back and shoulder pain within a few hours of trying to sleep on the bed.
The human spine is S shaped and if you lie on a decent bed your shoulder and hip should sink into the mattress. This offers vital comfort and support.
The pillows are really cheap and uncomfortable and in the two upstairs apartments you can hear the people in the next room loud and clear.
The equipment in the kitchen is very restricted.
Not enough knives and forks and the cutlery provided is not suitable. Steak knives all two of them to spread butter!!!
Nothing to cut loaves or other food stuffs.
Half a tea towel and no kitchen towel which is not practical to buy for a 1-3 night stay.
Two toilet rolls, not enough for a 3 person stay.
Considering the extortionate price charged for the tiny so called Junior Suite, the owner should have provided more comfort and facilities and the beds are truly terrible and lack of sound proofing being able to hear my neighbours farting was pretty awkward.
However, the lady on Reception Mayumi was absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
She was kind and considerate and a real asset to the company.
The male members of staff were not remotely helpful whoever they were.
Not a place I would recommend and certainly not at that price with beds that feel like you are sleeping on the floor with a sheet and pillow!
SStan tkhQuiet environment, well trained staff,
The hotel provide the transportation from/to airport for free...
Nice breakfast as well
Thanks for everything's
