I have been calling the hotel twice to ask for following - one on last night which they ask me write a email for request, the hotline is not for any enquiries; second time now which is in vain. Also tried to write email and ask Trip platform to follow up, two days later still no update. Super bad customer service that I would not recommend for anyone going to this city. Do risk your experience! Very bad!

The room is dusty and the front desk is arrogant and unreasonable. Treating customers is like reprimanding elementary school students. If we hadn’t just got off the plane and were tired from the journey, we would rather lose money and change hotels. There are very few breakfast options

Really rubbish, refunding the deposit nm can drag on for more than a week. Take the deposit in one second. It doesn't take a week to transfer money from within the country. Will never choose this hotel again

Our second stay at the hotel (previously stayed in July 2023) and absolutely loved it again. Fantastic location, great proximity to all the sites of Madrid. Beatriz at the front desk upgraded us to a balcony view for my daughter’s birthday. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. Clean accommodations and comfortable beds. Spacious rooms.

Increíble hotel para conocer Madrid y agradecer especialmente a el recepcionista Adrián fue de gran ayuda recomendándonos restaurants de comida local en calle de pez. Como única nota negativa la piscina era pequeña y estaba fría... El bar en cambio muy buenas vistas
