GGuest UserOverall, the price is good, the front desk service and cleaning aunt are very friendly, especially the fat girl at the front desk, every time they meet, they are smiling ”Ola”... The best thing is that the location is super good, the palace, Mayor Square, and Puerta del Sol are all ten minutes away. The surrounding shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and supermarkets are all available. Personal travel is still very good! ! !

女女Spain has lived in the most satisfying hotel. Although the hotel is not big, it is exquisite, the service is impeccable, the spare parts are full set of L'Occitane, and extra bath supplies and hand cream are given. The favorite photos are taken on the balcony of the room. Very Spanish style, breakfast menu can be single point, rich choice, highly recommended!

JJulio RobertoI love this hotel. It was well located and the room was big. The were only two issues. One, the rooms (I stayed in a suite and a business room) had the showers with movable glass doors that could be dangerous (breakable if not careful..) Two, the breakfast buffet was a bit small and the choices of food were limited. The eggs were mostly COLD.

孙孙The location is very good, right next to the place for shopping and shopping, there is McDonald's for breakfast next to the hotel, only 5.6 minutes walk to the subway station, did not eat his breakfast, a bit expensive subway station is also very close

CCindyTsangWe took a ferry from Barcelona and arrived at the hotel around 7 am. The hotel was so friendly that we were allowed to buy an extra buffet breakfast for €14 (trip said its €12) and stay in the comfortable lounge for our room until check-in time. Lastly, we were given a room an hour earlier, but somehow, we saw that the cleaners were cleaning every room. Besides bedding, our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned and well prepared.
The room is always dim. The window is enormous; no stop is provided to stop the window from being blown by the wind. The bedroom carpet is full of stains and smelly, even the one along the corridor. The cleanliness is poor.
No pantry in the room. It took them 4-5 hours to bring the kettle and the tea bags. Toilet paper is not refilled every day, you need to get it on your own at the lobby reception.
The quality of hotel buffet, breakfast the comfortness of the louge and the location is unbeatable. 2mins to the estacion and 6mins to the town center. We took an autobus to Soller for a day trip.
