Madrid Hotels with Parking

Pro: The room itself was good. Clean and comfortable. Cons: I also need to mention that i was travelling with medicine that needs to be in certain temperature. When i arrived, i asked them to put my ice gel in freezer. I mention this 3 times. Its supposed to be in freezer, not refrigerator. They still put my ice gel in refrigerator so the ice gel is not frozen when i need it. It seems nothing for you, but for someone who needs the medicine it is actually very important. Another incident: i go down to receptions for tooth brush, receptions said they will send it to my room. I waited and nobody came. Then i called, the receptions told me to go to receptions again to pick the tooth brush because he found noone can send to the room. Then why didn’t he just gave it when i go to receptions the first time. There is nothing wrong with your hotel but please train your receptions better.

The rooms were absolutely enormous, truly living up to its name as a suite hotel. It's a bit of a distance from the city center, but there's a fantastic large supermarket nearby that has everything you could possibly need. Breakfast is €20 per person. Parking is complimentary, and you use your room key card for entry and exit.

The room was spacious enough for four people. It was incredibly comfortable and clean, absolutely perfect for a family stay. The surroundings and facilities were thoughtful and convenient. For breakfast, we opted for the community cafe next to the hotel, which was delicious. The lobby also offered complimentary sparkling water and still water refills, which was a fantastic perk for us.

Great location, very close to Goya station. Most of Madrid's main attractions are just a few stops away. We booked a family room, which was spacious and well-equipped. One day we had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, so no room cleaning was done. In the evening, a staff member brought extra towels and toilet paper. The drinks and snacks in the mini-bar were complimentary. Overall, we were very satisfied!

We had a great stay at Leonardo Hotel Madrid City Center. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Madrid and get around the city. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered great value for money. What made our stay even more memorable was the timing of our visit during the World Cup. We were incredibly lucky to be able to experience the Spain World Cup parade right from our hotel room balcony! It was such a unique and unforgettable experience. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with a great location, good value, and a wonderful World Cup memory. Highly recommended!

Conveniently located near Chamartín Station with easy access to transport. The breakfast selection is extensive, but it can get crowded, so expect to queue. While the hotel is a bit older, it's clean, and the rooms are spacious.

Everything is perfect except the hotel location which is a little far from the nearest metro station and of course, away from the main shopping district and attractions. However, the comfort of the room more than made up for it. The shower head pressure was strong, the sheets were clean and crisp, and the a/c and heater worked fine. The housekeeping service was pretty stellar as well, and we even got a can of olive oil as a welcome gift as well as a bagel as part of the Three Kings’ celebration. If you are looking at doing your laundry, note that the nearest laundromat is abt a 7mins walk away (300m). Bring your bedroom slippers too as the hotel doesn’t provide any. Overall, we had a great stay at Hard Rock Madrid and will recommend all who are looking for a lux stay at a reasonable cost.

We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website). Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests. The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby. Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.

My stay started very well, with an excellent experience at reception. The member of staff who welcomed us was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful, which created a very positive first impression. I also noticed the same friendliness from different members of staff during the evenings, especially when I returned to the hotel after going out. This was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. However, over the course of the stay, several points caused some discomfort. The room does not get completely dark, as the blackout curtain does not cover the entire window. This becomes particularly noticeable in the morning and makes it more difficult to sleep properly. The sound insulation is also not the best. Every day, noise starts around 7–8am, either from other guests moving around or from the cleaning staff, which makes it difficult to sleep a little longer. Another issue is the bathroom shower enclosure, which does not contain the water properly. After taking a shower, a considerable amount of water ends up on the bathroom floor. Apart from being inconvenient for the guest, I imagine this also creates unnecessary additional work for the cleaning staff. I stayed at the same chain's hotel in Santo Tirso, Portugal, and this was not an issue there. At breakfast, the tables are frequently left dirty, and the way guests are checked in — “Is it for breakfast? What is your room number?” — can feel somewhat abrupt, particularly because of the way the question is delivered by the person there. At the Santo Tirso hotel, my experience was much more natural and welcoming in this regard. I also missed some small complimentary touches that I had at the Santo Tirso hotel, such as water in the room, a small chocolate, snack (peanuts) and a coffee machine. These are small details, but they do make a difference to the overall guest experience. On the positive side, the daily room cleaning was exceptional, genuinely spotless. This was definitely one of the strongest points of my stay. I also appreciated the reception machine available to guests with cold water. Having easy access to cold water was a nice touch and something I particularly appreciated. Regarding the location, being close to the airport is certainly convenient for guests who need that proximity. However, the surrounding area has some abandoned and occupied buildings, which creates a certain feeling of insecurity, particularly when leaving a car parked on the street. Overall, there are some very positive aspects, especially the friendliness of the staff, the excellent room cleaning and the convenient facilities such as the cold-water machine. However, there are also several areas where the hotel could improve, particularly regarding noise, room darkening, the bathroom shower enclosure and the breakfast service. As our stay was not primarily because of the airport, I am not sure we would choose this hotel again unless proximity to the airport was an important requirement.

This hotel is about a 12-14 minute walk (850 meters) from the train station (which has a metro connection). Hotels in Madrid are generally expensive with small rooms, so the only real perks here are the convenient location and relatively new facilities. I chose it because I had an early high-speed train the next day. I also bought breakfast, but it was incredibly disappointing. I'd highly recommend skipping breakfast here – it doesn't even compare to a B&B breakfast and definitely isn't worth the price.
