JJasem AThe location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid. Check-in was swift and efficient, with great service from Daniel, which set a positive tone upon arrival. Check-out was also smooth and well handled. The breakfast area and service were good but could use some improvement, both in organization and attentiveness. Concierge service was good. All front desk staff, bellboys, and door staff were excellent. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the condition of the room/bathroom. Housekeeping services and room cleanliness were extremely poor, to the point that it ruined what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for me and my family and one of the main reasons we choose 5-star hotels, and in this regard, the hotel fell far short of expectations. This was particularly disappointing given that we had communicated with the hotel prior to check-in, yet the issue was not addressed despite the repeated and daily requests! I will not go into details nor post pictures out of respect, and just I hope that the hotel will pay attention to this. While some departments clearly made an effort, the lack of basic room cleanliness overshadowed those positives and ultimately defined the experience.

VVinci7788Excellent stay, just as expected from this brand. I upgraded to a higher floor and bigger room for a small fee and really enjoyed the room; spacious, stylish, spotless, and with very comfortable bedding and pillows. The in-room entertainment was great, with a soundbar for Chromecast/YouTube, plus the option to request a turntable or guitar at no extra cost, which was a fun touch. I didn’t use the pool, bar, or restaurant since I preferred exploring the many great dining options within a 5–10 minute walk. The hotel’s location is good: very walkable to Atocha Station (my main reason for choosing it) and close to the city’s three major museums. For getting into town, buses are generally more convenient as the nearest metro is Line 1; for Line 3 (Lavapiés) it’s a short walk, but the route is lively with plenty of restaurants and bars along the way.

AAnonymous UserThe rooms were absolutely enormous, truly living up to its name as a suite hotel. It's a bit of a distance from the city center, but there's a fantastic large supermarket nearby that has everything you could possibly need. Breakfast is €20 per person. Parking is complimentary, and you use your room key card for entry and exit.

OoenanayVery close to bus 203 for the train staion and the airport. Walking is not a problem for us so the location is pretty good. It took about 45 min to walk through El Retiro Park to Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía. Palacio de Cristal is closed but the water feature in front of it is very cute. The way back along P.º del Prado at night is pleasant too.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was pretty good; they even gave us a free room upgrade! It was the biggest bed we've slept in during our entire trip in Spain!!! However, the shelf in the bathroom felt like it was going to fall during a shower, it wasn't very stable!!! The most important thing was, when we were about to check out, we found a super, unbelievably huge cockroach right at the door!!!!!!!!!!!! That was terrifying!!!!!!!!!! But honestly, it was really good otherwise, they provided 2 bottles of water, and all the amenities like an iron were available!

GGuest UserGreat location, fast wi-fi, comfortable bed. Laundry room was a really nice bonus. As for the downsides... On the first day people kept entering my room with their keycards, and not all of them were hotel workers, which was creepy. One night some neighbours were **********. Good for them, not so good for my sleep — so the soundproofing could be better. And I also got allergic to the shower gel which never happened before. So it really was a 50/50 experience

SSS TripsBit hard to get to/from the airport they do have shuttle services but its a lil tricky navigating the site plus they are only available between certain hours of the day. Its in the middle of nowhere. Just industrial area and other hotels. Which forces you to dine in, breakfast is decent, but dinner was bad. Feel like the food in general is cheap, but charged at a premium. Poor quality ingredients for what you are paying for. I dont expect a mcchicken burger at 18euro. I expect a real chicken breast. Not mechanical blended meat. Other than that the place is actually really nice. Im a fan of that Scandinavian minimal look. Next time i would actually still stay here but just taxi to a nearby restaurant or uber eats some nicer food instead of dining in. Staff were lovely and helpful. Decent gym too. They need slightly heavier weights but you can get a good work out with thats there. I may of got swindled as I ordered a double and they put the singles together. I didnt want to make a fuss but look out for that.

GGuest UserAlthough there is a big pit in front of the door, it is worth recommending: Convenient transportation, near Chamartin subway and train station, Sumptuous breakfast, breakfast is very important for people on business trips Good hygiene, actually newer than the hotel promotional pictures The room is not small, much larger than most hotels in Europe. Compared to three stars, I am willing to give it four stars.

AAnonymous UserTen minutes walk from Atocha Railway Station, it doesn't matter if you arrive late, you can check in by yourself. The indoor facilities are complete, the kitchen utensils are complete, and the air conditioning and heating are very comfortable. It is recommended to stay for many people.

WWei Kion• The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. • The air conditioning did not have heating, but the blanket was thick enough to keep warm; the temperature that night was around 13°C. • The room was very spacious—enough to fully open two large suitcases on the floor with plenty of space left to walk around. • The bathroom included a hairdryer. • The shower drain seemed slightly clogged, causing slow drainage; we had to keep the water pressure low while showering. • No drinking water was provided in the room, but the front desk informed us that the tap water from the bathroom sink is safe to drink. • There was no kettle in the room, but you can request hot water from the front desk—they kindly provided it from the cafeteria free of charge. • Although the hotel is not located right in the tourist center and isn’t within short walking distance to major attractions, it has excellent transport links: there are both a bus stop and a metro station right outside and around the corner. • It’s very convenient whether you’re arriving from Atocha Station or heading to key destinations like Madrid Royal Palace, Moncloa Bus Terminal (for Segovia express), Plaza Eliptica (for Toledo express), or Estacion de Autobuses Madrid Sur (for Porto overnight bus). • The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On the day of check-out, we left our luggage there for free while we visited Toledo. When we returned around 6:00 PM, they even provided hot water for our instant noodles. We rested in the cafeteria for a few hours before heading to catch our overnight bus to Porto. • Their assistance made our trip much smoother and more comfortable.
