"An absolutely impressive hotel! I loved the gorgeous décor in both the room and the shared areas. The breakfast was outstanding — fresh fruit, smoked salmon, a wonderful bakery station, and even delicious Spanish specialties like ham and chorizo. From the moment you step into the hotel to the moment you enter your room, everything feels truly luxurious. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough!"

JJasem AThe location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid. Check-in was swift and efficient, with great service from Daniel, which set a positive tone upon arrival. Check-out was also smooth and well handled.
The breakfast area and service were good but could use some improvement, both in organization and attentiveness.
Concierge service was good.
All front desk staff, bellboys, and door staff were excellent.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the condition of the room/bathroom. Housekeeping services and room cleanliness were extremely poor, to the point that it ruined what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for me and my family and one of the main reasons we choose 5-star hotels, and in this regard, the hotel fell far short of expectations.
This was particularly disappointing given that we had communicated with the hotel prior to check-in, yet the issue was not addressed despite the repeated and daily requests!
I will not go into details nor post pictures out of respect, and just I hope that the hotel will pay attention to this.
While some departments clearly made an effort, the lack of basic room cleanliness overshadowed those positives and ultimately defined the experience.

GGuest UserThe SuperB room I stayed in for a week was spacious and nice, but did it have a courtyard view? Garden views should be avoided at all costs. The sound of the restaurant setting up early in the morning woke me up with a clatter and clang, and I woke up at 6 a.m., and in the evening, I slept wrong until 12 o'clock every night because of the sound of music... .It would have been perfect if it weren’t for this… I recommend changing that window to a soundproof window.
The hotel itself was nicely done.

Food: Didn’t have their breakfast, but I tried the tomato pasta at the lobby — it was perfectly al dente with fresh tomatoes 🍅 The portion was a bit small, but overall very tasty! 🍝
Room: Very clean, tidy, and has a modern-classic look 🛏️ The only small complaint is that I wish the bathroom countertop were a bit bigger so two people could use it comfortably, and there was a bit more storage space. 🚿

LLilyminimiThe hotel is not far from the metro station, very accessible to go anyway. It's not in the city centre, but as mentioned very accessible. Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room. Really lovely stay.

It is next to Starbucks and has all kinds of food and beverage.
It is next door to Hermes and other brands.
The whole hotel is very new, and the room layout is very good.
It is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is also spacious and bright.
The lobby is elegant and has the boldness of Spain, and it is magnificent.
The breakfast is average, with too few choices.
But it is nice to sit outdoors and enjoy the scenery.
The enthusiasm of the waiters is also limited... It is just average.
This is the only regret...
In short, if you only consider the living comfort, you will still choose the Four Seasons. The room will not go wrong.

OOliver_Peng❗️ The door handles are very sharp metal, which I think would be dangerous in a slippery area like the bathroom, especially if you have children with you. For me personally been traveling quite a lot countries and stay different luxury or normal 4/5 stars hotels, it is the first time seeing this kinda unreasonable design. I cannot imagine what gonna happen if someone slipped.❗️
😉 The room was of a good size, well maintained, the mattress was very comfortable, the smart curtains were nice, and free drinking water was provided every day.
😅 The hot water temperature was not high enough and the water pressure was a little lacking.
🤓Overall, it was a great opportunity to experience a 30-story restaurant, given that there aren't many high-rise buildings nearby. But for the same price, there might be more exciting options downtown.

With it being so quiet you could hear the street noise all night long. Like people partying and sirens off and on. It’s on a busy street so needs some kind of little noise machine to blend out the outside traffic and noise.

PPPjiangThe location is a bit out of the way with not many dining options nearby, but the shuttle bus to the airport is super convenient. There's a small supermarket across from the hotel that sells instant noodles, and the hotel service was pretty good too – they even helped me boil water, which was a lifesaver! Breakfast was quite rich and the bread was delicious.
